Wind West Home — Hotel in Dubai

I stayed in wind west home for 2 years Place location is amazing, tecom is in the middle of everything, room space is spacious.

My problem was the management. The Russian manager there “Anastasia” Is very Rude, she treats tenants like they work for her, her behavior is very unprofessional.

First day when I asked her about the night shift there is no one in the building, so what I do if I lost the key or it needs activation or if any emergency happened what should we do. She said call the police!!

She never responds to the requests and she takes 2 days to respond to her what’s app

She is even treating the receptionist in a bad manner and every one from tenants or staff they were complaining.

I even tried to send an email to the office but apparently she is the one who received the email not the office.

She goes to vacations without informing the tenants and we keep looking for her for payments or maintenance and she never replies. Once she went for a full month!! Without notifying.

When I send a referral to stay in the building she always says no availability, however we see Russian tenants coming to the building and staying there.

In her duty years there were problems in the WiFi and insects all over the place and when we complained about it she always be rude and unprofessional.

Simply she is not doing anything she just makes everyone uncomfortable to enjoy the building peacefully and the amazing location.

BTW Ana “didn’t work to make anyone’s stay is at least good” at wind west home, she worked to make everyone uncomfortable even the staff They looked down and demotivated, the rest of the staff was trying their best to support to keep the tenants in the building as many of them were planing to leave.

I wish someone from the respectful owners can look into this to save...

I could give -5 I would not hesitate. The rooms are fine and spacious, I wouldn't lie (except a very small smart tv that is not smart at all). However, the management is BAADDD. First of all, they said the cleaning is 2 times per week but the first week no one came. They gave me only 1 towel, which I don't know if I have to use it for shower or hands... Whatever, they give you only 1 toilet paper, and you have to send them a message on whatsapp if you want more, and of course they will tell you it s out of stock. Then, if you lose your card, you can sleep outside because there will be no one opening the door for you or giving you another card because nobody works at night (to reduce their costs). And if you lose your card, you pay 100 AED fine to get another one... The studio is again very nice but people that run that place and management should review their strategies because they make your stay a nightmare. By the way, we had many fire alarms at 3 or 4 am in the morning because some where smoking chicha, and there is nobody to turn off the alarm because nobody works during night shift. There is no staff staying in the building for any assistance. I would recommend you to stay at another place and have a better...

Very bad management and Manager!!! When we had electricity shutdown and the receptionist was off on that day, we tried reaching out to Anastasia the Russian manager of the building but we did not receive any response and most of the time she is unreachable!!! we sleep for a night without electricity which was so horrible!!! She even don't have any respect with the tenants and always talking in unprofessional way! She is always so rude which makes the building a toxic to live with!!!!

Unfortunately we do not receive any replies from Anastasia and we even do not see her working for extra hours especially the time when the building has no internet for the full day. It was Cheska who worked until midnight and tried to accommodate all the tenants. I am hoping that the higher management take a serious matter on what is really going on in the building so the tenants will no longer suffer.
