Absolutely awful hotel and owners are even worse, Didn't have an ounce of sleep mattress was thin felt like I was sleeping on the divan base without a mattress, Shower was freezing cold, Cobwebs everywhere, Smelt very musty, Breakfast was defiantly cheap items, Owners had a right attitude when it comes to the next morning after complaining and letting the owner know about the issues and I told them my partner had autism, She then said she would move us rooms but that would have caused a lot of issues with my partner having autism, Her reply was "He looks alright to me" Oh I'm sorry not all disabilities are not visible, She then stated we had no intentions of paying and made out as if we were poor, I said we are going to leave and she insisted we had to pay for 2 nights stay I said I will pay one night not 2 as we left the morning after we arrived, She obviously wasn't happy, We went upstairs to get out bag and bring it down and put it in the car and her husband had parked his car at the back of us and blocked us in the car park absolutely disgusting behaviour from grown adults especially knowing my partner had autism he was frightened and they didn't give 2 hoots about that all about the money, He moved the car once we had gone back in and paid. Nothing but attitude problems I advise anyone not to stay here if you become ill and need to go they will still charge you absolute hovel of a hotel rooms looked like a drug den, Not enough room to swing a...

There was parking on the front for one of our cars and we parked the other on a pubic car park 10 minutes walk away. The Caledonia is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and Blackpool Tower. Very convenient when you have small children. Thank you for making our stay...
