45 Park Lane — Hotel in London

I wanted to organize a birthday surprise for my best friend and I chose this hotel mainly for the beautiful spa! I contacted the concierge to get some help in order to make sure the whole experience would have been special for her and since the first email I knew I was in good hands. But I wouldn’t expect it would have became an open eye dream!! When we arrived everyone knew already my name and the name of the birthday girl, we have been upgraded to a studio room, much larger and luxurious and with an amazing view on Hide Park; in the room there were balloons, a beautiful fresh bouquet, a birthday cake, a bottle of Champagne, a present for my friend and a lovely card for us! We then enjoyed 2 hours at the stunning SPA, and it was just wow!!!! We went back the following morning for a last pool session and they even organized our breakfast in the relaxing room since we were the only ones booked in at that time. We also had lunch at The Cut and a few cocktails at the Bar 45 and everything was just awesome: food, drinks, service, nothing less than world class!!

I personally want to thank everyone who went the extra mile to make sure we were having a perfect stay: Alina, Raoul and Craige from the reception, nothing was a bother for them, they went above and beyond to make us happy! Cristina from the SPA, perfect service with always a smile under the mask! Francesco and Lisa from the Bar 45 for the friendly and professional service and the amazing cocktails and recommendations! Amy and Miles (the guy from Essex…sorry I forgot your name…too bad!!) for the wonderful lunch at The Cut for their knowledge and service: we’ll be back soon. The reception and service team are extremely refined in their approach and make every guest feel truly at home. Both the daytime manager and the night duty manager were highly professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to guests’ comfort.||After seven years since my last stay, I returned to find that the standards had not only remained the same but had become even better. It truly feels like a royal treatment, where every need is met with the utmost care. The concierge team is strong and efficient, and the staff are far from transactional their genuine goal is guest satisfaction. Even when offered tips, they shy away with modesty and self respect, which reflects a unique culture of service that makes you feel like you are among family.||The cleanliness and luxury of the hotel are on a remarkable level, and every staff member, without exception, embodies respect and courtesy.
