Entrance is quaint and looks like a private house entrance. 9 Hertford is a small and private building with serviced apartments. |The noise from the pubs at Shepperd's Market at night may be uncomfortable for those staying on the apartments facing Hertford Street. Weekends the area gets very busy. |Tube is walking distance from 9 Hertford. Used frequently the Green Park Station.|Service is courteous and friendly, however limited to a staffed reception desk at limited hours besides housekeeping and maintenance. Guests do have a key to entrance for off hours. Checking in/arriving off hours is also possible on special instructions from management. There is availability for private paring at their garage.|Stayed in a suite on the 4th floor facing Hertford Street. Bedroom is on the smallish size, however comfortable. As it is the last floor, the windows inside the room are angled, taking some space and staying on the way. Maintenance and decor could use some upkeeping. |Electricity outlets are an issue. However, reception can supply power strips to add outlets as they did efficiently in my case. |Bathroom has an odd design with toilet very close to the door, which was uncomfortable. Bath amenities were good quality and towels sufficient. |Kitchen is conveniently equipped and comes with a washer/dryer. |There is a nicely sized dining table and a working desk besides a comfortable sofa at the living area. |Overall had a comfortable nine-night stay at the 9 Hertford serviced apartments. |Would have returned last February (2024), however, could not get a response from them on attempting several times to make a reservation. There was ample availability, however, did not trust their website system. as for this previous experience. Read moreThis property was a great find. Spacious and comfortable apartments, right in the heart of Mayfair.||Our apartment was large, quiet, well decorated with a huge and comfy bed. Lots of lovely and thoughtful amenities were included in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is fantastic for exploring London - with cool Shepherd's Market right on the doorstep; and the rest of London, east and west is easily accessible by tube. Great cafés, bars and eateries within walking distance.||The fittings and fixtures in the rooms are a little bit dated but fully functional. There was also minimal lighting throughout the living room and bedroom. We weren't provided with much "in room" information e.g. regarding whether there will be any cleaning or servicing during your stay and also there were no instructions on how to use appliances like the washing machine. These things were very minor and would not stop us highly recommending 9 Hertford St as an excellent place to stay.||Staying at 9 Hertford St presents considerably better value than staying in most central London hotels - room to spread out, self cater, be close to everything, and be able to...
