The most arrogant, unhelpful group of people I have ever encountered. I called the embassy to double check whether it’s fine for me to come and apply for a visa at the consulate. The woman I spoke to said ‘yes, they are open until 4pm’. Paid £60 for a ticket to London to sort out visa only for them to tell me no one is here to help, and the printing machine only works between 9-12:30 (didn’t know machines had a mind of their own). The man (bald, working at the visa reception) began to be extremely aggressive and literally started SHOUTING at me and insisted that I was pretty much lying about the phone call I made. I tried everything I could to communicate with him in a reasonable manner. He refused to talk to me. A woman stepped in and began saying ‘you are in an Egyptian land and we can talk to you how we please’ and the bald headed man suddenly decides to start speaking to me again despite making his refusal very clear. I visited cairo 3rd December and come back 8th December my flight with AJET Airlines cairo to London Stansted time at 03.50 am. When I come airport gate man asked me passport and ticket rudely. after chack he said go but he still front of me i can't move if I move touch he's body. He again rudely said go i carefully move. 2nd i go to immigration desk lady watch you tube i give her my BRITISH passport she check and stamped then asked me where you originally from I said Bangladesh she didn't give back my passport.
