This is one of the worst hotels that I have every stayed in. Avoid this hotel by any means for the following reasons: 1- water leakage: I stayed in this hotel during the period from 4th of July 2025 to 9th of July 2025 in the rooms number 51, 33 and 35. In room 35 there was a water leakage, my wife woke up because by the drop of waters falling on her face, she tried to call the reception but the telephone but it didn't work, so she wrote an email to them, one staff came and gave us alternative room, they didn't even help to take the luggage's to the new room. In the morning we found that the room with the leakage where our luggage's was left there , was left open all the night which reflect the carelessness of the staff. When I talked to the staff assumed to be the manager, instead of calming me down he started to quarrel and arguing with me saying that this happened because of the resident of the room above your room was filling the floor with water. I replied to him that in room 51 where I was staying there are lots of old traces of water leakage on room painting, and I asked to come and have a look, but then he refused to come and see. 2-Rooms are dirty and the hotel is old and dilapidated. There was dirt even on the telephone cable itself. 3-Rooms are tiny and small, and I have to squeeze my self between the wall and the be to do my prayers. The basement where my room 51 was, is nothing but a bunker. This hotel is a trap and doesn't deserve to waste your money and holiday time on such a hotel.

We only stayed two nights, the room was ok for that short time, we were only sleeping there! The room was clean and compact! It's perfect location for what we needed, 10 minutes from Paddington station, and literally 5 minutes Kensington side of Hyde park, Opposite left is a cafe, perfect for breakfast And direct opposite is a pub, a little tot down the road is a convenience shop. Receptionist staff are friendly and do speak to you! The entrance to the hotel is nice and modern looking, however there are three large steps up to the lift, there a four floors, we were on 3, after getting out the lift we had a further 3 large steps to our room, not ideal for disabled or carrying heavy luggage, but I'm sure the staff would help should you ask. It's not lavish, but good for the money considering the area you are in, I would stay there again.

YT channel: cocofunny@cocofunnyoversea I solo traveled and stayed at the top floor single room, although it's tiny but it's good enough for me and quiet, the staff are friendly, I bought ready to eat food from the supermarket and they allow me to use their microwave👍 the most convenient is the location, there's 2 lines nearby, 8mins walk to Paddington, and 3mins walk to Lancaster gate, plus many buses, the Hyde park just right opposite so that you can easily walk to the south area which have national science history museum, V&A museum, Harrod's department store👍

What an absolute disgraceful show of a hotel!!!! |Booked via booking.com in August for a 2 night stay 1st December to 3rd December……was towards the bottom end of budget but as it was so local to Hyde Park and Winter Wonderland etc we weren’t that concerned about some of the reviews as it just a bed for a couple of nights…..||Arrived 4pm Friday to be greeted by what can only be described as the worst receptionist I’ve ever had the displeasure in meeting!! Apparently they don’t have a booking for me for the 2 nights and have no rooms available despite actually emailing me the Friday morning to say we look forward to you staying with us.|||By all accounts it’s booking.coms fault and their system hadn’t allocated properly the booking against my name….so having fought with the useless reception with the personality of a dirty dish cloth for 30 minutes we tried Booking.com customer service instead…they were as about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard told us they would try to get us another hotel and call us back with a new reservation within 45 minutes……..nope didn’t happen so ended up trying to book a Travelodge or premier inn last minute.||To be honest probably done us favour because from the look of the reception area and the net curtains on the hotel windows the place was a complete dump/tip trust me I’d be using stronger language if I was allowed on here. Note to ones selfDo not stay here or...
