We checked into the hotel on March 11th and have been staying until March 13th. While the majority of the staff at this hotel were exceptional, unfortunately, our experience was marred by the appalling service of the hotel manager, Sahar Hatami. Despite being loyal guests of the Jumeirah chain and excited to experience their London property, we were left deeply disappointed by the lack of benefits provided during our stay. Despite availability, we were not offered an upgrade, and it seemed that the manager was more interested in securing new bookings rather than accommodating existing guests. The pinnacle of our dissatisfaction came when we requested a late checkout at 20:30 on the evening before our departure. Ms. Hatami's response was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. She even went so far as to imply that we were being disrespectful, despite our polite inquiries. It was evident that she lacked empathy and was more interested in maintaining a smug attitude rather than assisting guests.Ms. Hatami seemed unwilling to accommodate our request, despite our loyalty to the Jumeirah brand and our membership benefits, including guaranteed late checkout upon availability. Furthermore, Ms. Hatami's comments regarding my personal matters were completely inappropriate and added insult to injury. It's disappointing to end an otherwise impeccable stay with such a sour note due to the behavior of one individual. In conclusion, while the rest of the staff were wonderful and the service impeccable, the behavior of the hotel manager has left a lasting negative impression on our stay. The following day, I was granted a late checkout by another manager, Patrick Couto, who displayed a high level of professionalism and courtesy. It is thanks to him that I am considering staying at the hotel again in the future. However, while checking out, I encountered Ms. Hatami once again. Read moreWe have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the years and have always liked its quiet and boutique type feel ….. unfortunately when we returned this time it was not at all what we got.||Although the hotel itself remains nice … that’s where it ends. ||We were really disappointed when we arrived to be told that the hotel bar and restaurant has now been franchised out and as such we could not have an alcoholic drink - but we were welcome use our in room minibar … when we go away for a weekend .. we like to come back to the hotel after a busy day shopping and we used to love to enjoy a cocktail in a relaxed setting. We don’t chose to pay a lot of money to sit and drink in our hotel room like outcasts … where is our level of choice here - there is none ! If we had known we would never have booked … we did venture over to the Carlton tower but this is a busy hotel and not really what we were looking for as we would have stayed there otherwise …||The breakfast offering is now poor … for almost £50 per couple the buffet offering was sparse … it we wanted al la carte we had to pay extra … no English cooked breakfast and no beans !!! … we were only allowed one hot beverage and then again if we wanted another we had to pay extra… ||The restaurant service was slow and it was far busier than we have ever experienced it before.. ||This is by no means a cheap escape … but sadly … it is no longer a five star break either… ||Very disappointing and much better five star options in London .. we won’t...

Nothing was addressed, we had broken air cons scalding water, and broken tv no one could fix customer service was appalling, and when I complained I got nothing for 10 days, so I wrote a review. Thinking we would give you another chance, I found my hotel room was cancelled. You took our money and gave us a room that was more appealing than primer inn!
Appalling experience with this hotel. From TV not working to broken air con noisy room, disrespectful hotel staff! If you write a honest review they ban you! This hotel is not what you think it is, dated and very dirty for what you pay. There are a hundred different hotels you could try instead of this one. It’s not worth it. Will be contacting the main guys and jumeirah group of hotels about this appaling...
