I’ve had some issues with my initial order of a bouquet at Neill Strain. I have emailed them, explained all the situation and provided photos of the flowers that I’ve received. I was disappointed with the store at that point.

However, I was immediately contacted by the manager. She has resolved all the issues in the best possible way: promptly, professionally and politely.
