We stayed for over five months (Apr-Oct 2025). We have an extremely high opinion of this hotel; it's perfectly suited for "detail-oriented" long-term guests. The Highlights: 1. Excellent room design: floor-to-ceiling windows and quiet, uniform A/C. 2. High-quality finishes (solid wood floors, quality sofa, etc.). 3. The best linens I've ever experienced, plus a giant, soft cashmere throw. 4. A completely free and convenient all-inclusive mini-bar. 5. Outstanding breakfast at ABC Kitchen (free for suites) that met our very high standards for freshness (berries, fish, bread). 6. A unique free sneaker-washing service, which is incredible for long-term travelers. 7. Meticulous housekeeping. (A question for management: from 150+ nights, why is morning cleaning (90/100) statistically better than post-2pm (75/100)? This isn't due to individual staff.) 8. Staff service is responsive, "closes the loop," and always positive. Observations & Advice (for Hotel & Guests): I saw some negative reviews, which was interesting. Based on my 5+ month stay, here is some advice: 1. Ideal for "long stays," risky for "short stays." This is a small hotel with less flexibility for peak-time issues. If you stay 1-2 nights and hit a rare problem, your view is skewed. The long-term "statistical average" is truly outstanding. 2. Be careful with the "View." The "Hyde Park View" is beautiful. The "city" view (50% cheaper) is just a few meters from another building with almost no view. This needs to be clear on the website. 3. Management MUST audit the website. It lists services (e.g., free unpacking, car service) that are not provided. This is a "breach of contract" for short-term guests and leads to unfairly bad reviews. This isn't the staff's fault; the website must be fixed immediately.

A night of pure elegance at The Emory, London, where time slows and luxury is reimagined. Nestled in Belgravia and overlooking the serene beauty of Hyde Park, this all-suite sanctuary is a masterpiece of design—crafted by the visionary Richard Rogers and Ivan Harbour, with interiors by icons such as André Fu, Pierre-Yves Rochon, Alexandra Champalimaud, Rigby & Rigby, and Patricia Urquiola. Every space, every detail, a quiet symphony of sophistication. From the tranquility of the spa to the seamless, intuitive service, The Emory is more than a hotel—it is an experience, a feeling, a moment suspended in time. And you can enjoy Cedric Grolet pastries for breakfast! An unforgettable way to celebrate Riccardo’s 40th.

I very rarely write reviews but The Emory deserves nothing but praise.||I have stayed in numerous "luxury" hotels over the years (including Forbes top 10 etc) but it is rare to manage to execute exemplary service from start to finish and The Emory does just this.||Louis from the guest relations team contacted me before my arrival to ensure our arrival was smooth and proactively arranged specific transport requirements for me.||The doorman who took our bags to the room, personally returned later with printed details of exercise classes for my wife. It is clear that the staff culture is that each guest request is owned and delivered.||We had a nice arrival patisserie, plenty of water and complimentary mini bar. ||Our Emory assistant (our butler) was Barbara. She had a great personality and was extremely helpful. Hopefully we are far from demanding, but our few requests were handled perfectly.||The room is a nice size (especially for London) and everything is to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable and sound insulation was impressive - we never heard any noise whilst staying in the room.||Breakfast was nice with great service and presentation.||It was my Wife's birthday whilst we were staying. Louis proactively offered to provide a cake and champagne for our room at a time of my choosing. This was delivered exactly on time and the cake was excellent.||We also tried the bar. This has a great view across London, including the London Eye. The bar staff, Shimmy (hope I spelt your name right) and Veronica were a delight to hang out with and made great cocktails.||I never gush about hotels, but I am clearly making a well deserved...
