My fiance and I came in about two months ago and purchased a Purple mattress,the adjustable bed frame with all the bells and whistles, mattress protector, and Purple brand pillows. We wanted a Cal King size mattress and was told by Nate we would have to order it but no problem we could take a King that day and when the Cal King came in it would be delivered. We were told it would be delivered 2 weeks later and if we wanted the warranty we would have to buy the mattress protector. No problem. We get everything set up and ordered and go on our way. Well 2 weeks comes and goes and we get the mattress protector but it's in the King size not the Cal King and the Cal King mattress still hasn't been delivered. So I call the store and talked to Jeff and the order was never placed and it'll be another 2 weeks. So I get the email confirmation before ending the call and I also make sure that the new protector will be in the correct size, I was told yes it will be and ended the call. The correct size mattress gets delivered in the next 2 weeks but still no mattress protector. So I waited another week, call back and talked to Moni this time and was told the mattress protector was delivered in April and I told her that was the King not the Cal King. She told me she was going to look into it and call me back so I'm currently waiting for a call back.
Moral of the story, If it has to be ordered be prepared to be waiting awhile and feel like you're getting the run around.
I'm almost to the point of returning everything and going somewhere else because it shouldn't take 2 months to get everything I purchased/ordered especially when we paid so much for it.
And also the delivery company they use was phenomenal! I can't remember the guys names but they came, while it was pouring down rain, took the old bed frame and mattress, both ridiculously heavy, switched it out with the new stuff, set it up, and made sure everything worked before leaving. And the delivery company used real time tracking so you could see the location of the truck. And the guys were in and out...

I needed a new mattress etc. After looking around for a short time, I decided to purchase a Beautyrest PressureSmart Lux 13.5, Extra Firm Mattress from salesman,Nadeem. The mattress was $1899.99. Nadeem did inquire about my price point. I desired to stay under a $1000 if possible or right about at this amount. After sitting and test laying on a couple I went with the above mentioned mattress and they “gave me” the 50 head up adjustable base for “free”. Nadeem excused himself to go “work the numbers” with Sean Rear. He came back with the number of about $757 ish. It was less than $800. I immediately said, come on let’s do this deal! We go to sit down in front of Sean for payment and all of a sudden, oh I thought you were speaking of a different mattress and he (Sean) proceeded to point to the front of the store at some extra soft mattress that I said no to as soon as I sat down on it before choosing the beauty rest pressure smart lux. The PRICE SHOT UP TO THE TUNE OF $1,084.67. Now y’all maybe reading this review and thinking that’s still a great offer. It is! I agree! However, I feel that this move was intentional and calculated. I had told Nadeem my budget of course and they wanted to ensure that they get this $1000 up out of me and they did! He went down to $757 just to get the budget amount that I stated originally. Chiiiiiiilld, it’s the salesman practice for me! Now I don't know if this sales practice was intentional but it felt super shady! Read moreOn 3/20/17 we purchased a S&F Founders Reserve LXF Mattress King Prime with promise to deliver next day (3/21/27). No delivery made and no call from Mattress Firm store manager Mike W. I called and spoke to Jason G (Mike not in) and he said the problem was none in stock. Spoke to Mike W. next day and he apologized for mix-up. Promised delivery for Saturday (3/25/17) and gave us a complimentary set of sheets. Saturday delivery was a TORN mattress top, so we denied delivery. We did not hear from Mattress Firm. My wife called a few hours later and Mike W. said we would get the mattress on Sunday (3/26/17). No mattress delivered, and no call from Mattress Firm. Called on Sunday afternoon and another Jason (Jason S) said Mike W. was not in but could set up a delivery for April 2. I called on Monday wanting to speak to Mike W but Andy said he was not in. At this point I am ready to cancel my order and shop elsewhere but I told Andy to communicate to Mike W for him to call me on Tuesday. Finally got a phone call from Mike W on Wednesday. He set up delivery for Saturday (4/1/17) and it finally arrived. This has not been a very good experience considering the amount of money we invested. The Mattress Firm computer system is lacking because product is shown available when it is not. Mattress Firm customer service at the store level is incompetent because there is no follow up after the sale.
