DOWNTOWN LOCATION First I want to say that the Dr who worked with me was very friendly, knowledgeable and was able to get my pain level to decrease no problems there. That being said, on my first visit I showed up 10 min early with my paper work filled out and ready and I still waited 40 min after my scheduled appointment before I was seen. When I was finally seen I was rushed through my appointment and speedily handed over to the billing area. After that I was still in pain and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went to my second appointment it felt very much like how the first appointment should have gone. They saw me on time and asked a lot more questions and took time with my actual problem areas. Third visit, once again I waited 40 min after my appointment to be seen and while waiting I overheard two staff members talking about one of their clients who was running late to their appointment and that they would be charged if they did not show up soon. When I was seen the treatment was effective, but I still felt rushed out the door. 4th and final appointment I showed up on time (3:50 for a 4:00 appointment) and I was told that my Dr. was not even there and I would be seeing someone other than the Dr. who had been treating me up to this point. I was also told that it would be a "little" bit of a wait because that Dr. had not yet seen his 3:30 appointment. I did not have the time to wait what would have likey been over an hour so I left. Something seriously needs to be done about the overbooking issues at...

I have been going to elite for around 9-10 years when the first practice opened off Lomas. I had a injury from construction that always had me in pain. I had fallen off a roof and scaffolding had landed on me. I never recovered from that. It was a daily pain issue that was tolerable some days and some times unbearable. Pain meds and quick fix MD l’s didn’t do it’s job.
