So, we were travelling through Albuquerque and wanted to try the Cuban place called Guava Tree, but they were closed. I decided on pizza, as I really like pizza and was tired from travel. I was greeted quickly and the customer service was great. I ordered the Carne Pizza and when the buzzer went off, I jumped to grab it. Again, I was hungry. But alas, I had to wait. Onward to the hotel, only minutes away. All checked in and peeled back the box top and the pizza looked good. When I picked up a slice though, the tip of the slice flopped down, worse than a European soccer player, and the toppings all fell back to the box. The crust was extremely thin, like paper thin; see the photo. While the outside crust was cooked, the interior of crust wasn't. Soggy, doughy, crust with minimal sauce and no toppings. It made the pizza off putting. I don't like to fold pizza from the tip back to the crust. If I wanted that, I would order a calzone. This seems to be a trend in the non-chain pizza places. Uncooked/unfinished interior dough. That being said, the toppings tasted FANTASTIC. So much flavor in the meats and cheese. That's why this is 2 stars. If I'm back through here, I'll give something else they offer a try instead. Here's to next time.

Absolutely THE BEST gluten free pizza crust in the state! Ever since I discovered Amore, I rarely go to any of my old favorite pizza places. (I can no longer eat wheat, my body just won’t tolerate it, but there’s no loss with Amore). I get a tasty, fresh made pizza with fabulous ingredients like smoked mozzarella and locally made sausage. The crust is even better than most traditional places! (people don’t believe it’s gluten-free) plus they have great toppings, fresh made mozzarella, locally made smoked sausage, and of course… green chili. (PS: Also a super great “Miste” salad. ) It’s a 505 fav!

A major disappointment. I make my own dough and sauce so I tend to be picky and frankly, I do it better. First the dough. The bottom was nicely charred but the crust was dense and chewy. I don’t think they proofed it right. Either that or they over kneaded it resulting in overdeveloped gluten. The cheese was not fully melted with no bubbling. I suspect they took it out too soon or did not place it properly in the oven. The sauce was okay but did not live up to the build up on their web site. A waste it good and I suspect expensive tomatoes. Frankly I’ve had better from Dions.

We ordered two pizzas and waited. Order picked up, and we waited. 40 minutes later, I called and a woman answered, heard me say we were waiting and handed me off to Travis. He said it was indeed picked up and I needed to call the delivery service to find the driver.

At 47 minutes, the driver showed up, handed off the pizza without a word and stormed away. Ok, so the driver was awful, not the pizzeria's fault.

We opened our boxes to cold, soggy pizza. Not surprising, and still not all the pizzeria's fault, right? I heated mine in the microwave and took a bite. The sliced mozzarella cheese was hard, even though the rest of the toppings were sizzling. The dough was not cooked through and the bottom was burned to a crisp. The other pizza was just as poorly cooked and badly...

Ordered a pizza for my son and the meatballs for me. The flavor was all there, very good. But my meatballs were cold. I ate the first two trying to just enjoy the flavors but I couldn't get passed the temperature. I went to the counter to ask them to warm it up. A really nice young man said he'd go ask his manager. He came back and said they couldn't warm it up. That was it. Just a no. Wow, you'd think the manager would have wanted me to enjoy my food. If they couldn't reheat it, they could have remade the two that were there. I guess I'll take it home and reheat it myself. For the price, you expect your food to be warm. Good job team, bad...
