Read moreI was lucky enough to spend about a year working out of Worksuites Allen. The facility is very clean. The crowd vibe is quiet but not dead or lonely. The building is conveniently located off the freeway with covered parking that is approximately a 50 meter walk. It's a quick drive to a multitude of lunch places and grocery stores. Levina is wonderful and runs a great office.
When I worked there, I could come in, get straight to work, avoid interruptions, and be productive all day.
The break room is well appointed with great coffee and fresh water available. The break area has two microwaves, a sink, a small refrigerator, and a dishwasher which are nice touches. Plus some cafe style seating (one booth and many mini workstations) with muted TVs playing sports and business news.
There are conference rooms and a podcast studio style room that can be reserved. There are lots of office formats (fishbowls, closet/no window, multi-desk open plan suites, etc.). The common workspace is comfortable but there is conversation, meal prep, dish rinsing, and foot traffic so it could be difficult to take video calls.
The office is on the second floor with a nice elevator. Bathrooms are clean.
I met several nice people during the free beer/wine happy hours that they have. Everyone seems chill.

The first thing that impressed me about WorkSuites was the Location Manager, Levina Norwood. She was kind, up-beat, and extremely knowledgeable. As I toured the property, I could tell she took great pride in her space. Her attention to detail and professionalism is what ultimately convinced me that this was the right place to sign a lease. The Aesthetic and Décor is Modern, Open, and Refreshing. The other businesses that share this Executive Suite space are courteous and respectful. There are plenty of conference rooms, break areas, office equipment, and temporary “Day Work” spaces. There is even a Quiet Room with Pod Cast Production Equipment.
