I recently had the pleasure of utilizing office space at Lucid Private Offices Allen, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The following aspects truly stood out and made my time there truly remarkable. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a refreshing, well-maintained environment. The common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations were all spotless and tidy, creating an atmosphere of professionalism and productivity. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic space, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. Speaking of the staff, I cannot commend them enough for their positive and professional demeanor. Anishia Washington (General Manager) and Destiny Dunlap (Community Coordinator) were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist. Their warm greetings and genuine interest in ensuring my needs were met created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. I appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate any requests or questions I had. Their exceptional service truly contributed to a sense of community within the office space. Furthermore, I found Anisha’s commitment to accommodating their tenants was truly commendable. Whether it was providing additional resources, adjusting my workspace to suit my preferences, or helping organize events within the space, she was always ready to assist. Her flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of their tenants fostered a sense of collaboration and support that is often hard to find in shared office environments. I was lucky enough to spend about a year working out of Worksuites Allen. The facility is very clean. The crowd vibe is quiet but not dead or lonely. The building is conveniently located off the freeway with covered parking that is approximately a 50 meter walk. It's a quick drive to a multitude of lunch places and grocery stores. Levina is wonderful and runs a great office.

When I worked there, I could come in, get straight to work, avoid interruptions, and be productive all day.

The break room is well appointed with great coffee and fresh water available. The break area has two microwaves, a sink, a small refrigerator, and a dishwasher which are nice touches. Plus some cafe style seating (one booth and many mini workstations) with muted TVs playing sports and business news.

There are conference rooms and a podcast studio style room that can be reserved. There are lots of office formats (fishbowls, closet/no window, multi-desk open plan suites, etc.). The common workspace is comfortable but there is conversation, meal prep, dish rinsing, and foot traffic so it could be difficult to take video calls.

The office is on the second floor with a nice elevator. Bathrooms are clean.

I met several nice people during the free beer/wine happy hours that they have. Everyone seems chill.

As a Tenant of a WorkSuites here in Allen, I have firsthand experience as to the quality of these Suites. When I was searching for space in this area of DFW, I toured several properties. The first thing that impressed me about WorkSuites was the Location Manager, Levina Norwood. She was kind, up-beat, and extremely knowledgeable. As I toured the property, I could tell she took great pride in her space. Her attention to detail and professionalism is what ultimately convinced me that this was the right place to sign a lease. The Aesthetic and Décor is Modern, Open, and Refreshing. The other businesses that share this Executive Suite space are courteous and respectful. There are plenty of conference rooms, break areas, office equipment, and temporary “Day Work” spaces. There is even a Quiet Room with Pod Cast Production Equipment. I would highly recommend to any Solo or Small Business seeking a Full Service Executive Suite. Five Stars...
