From the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted with a wonderful, peaceful smell to the time I walked out, my experience at Sleep Xxperts could not have been any better.

I was greeted by Danny immediately and instead of acting and sounding like a pushy salesman who makes you feel uncomfortable, he made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

You see, I had been to several places trying to locate the right mattress. Nebraska Furniture, Mattress Firm, Rooms To Go, several Department stores, etc.... But was not able to lock down the right feeling mattress. And I either had the HARD, PUSHY salesman or NO ONE available.

Things were 100% different here. Right away Danny asked what I was looking for in a bed. He asked MANY questions all about my sleep. Almost like a physician diagnosing an illness. This was GREAT. Becuase people spend lots of time and money for health & wellness, diets, exercise, etc... BUT very little on one of the most important aspects of health: SLEEP.

Next, Danny put me on the Expert Match System. This thing was FANTASTIC (SEE PICS). The system analysis your support needs using scientific based measurements. 3 Minutes later a report is generated telling you which beds in their store will provide you with the best nights sleep.

We then started looking at the beds on the list and I was able to try each and see which "felt" the best. But LISTEN to your EXPERT all the way through the process. Sometimes you may like the feel of a "cloud" (soft) bed when what you really need is a firm bed.

Needless to say, I FINALLY, after several months and numerous trips to every store I could find, located THE right bed for me.

Danny matched a lower price I found and sold me a great mattress cover "The Snow" (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). Danny offered great financing options, but I paid cash instead. We set up the delivery date and were done! I felt GREAT about my purchase.....and on exiting was hit with that wonderful smell again. I MUST find out what that scent is. HAHA.

Now comes the BEST part. Getting your mattress. It was delivered right on time as promised and because of updates, never had to wait around. The delivery company came to the door, rolled out a Red Carpet and said "you are getting Red Carpet Delivery"....it was awesome. Delivery and set-up took NO TIME. I let the mattress air out for several days and walked on it daily to help start the break in process (as recommended by Danny).

Now.....the REAL test, sleeping on your new mattress: (WORD TO THE WISE BE PATIENT)

Night one.....I HATED THE BED. Night two....I CURSED DANNY. Night three....I SWORE I WAS RETURNING THIS THING Night four.....HMMM....MEH Night five......NOT TOO BAD Night six......KINDA FEELING GOOD Night seven.....I AM STARTING TO LIKE THIS BED Night eight.......DIDN'T WAKE UP ONCE. Night nine........I AM REALLY LIKING THIS BED. Night ten and on.......OMG, I LOVE MY BED. THE BEST NIGHT'S SLEEP EVER and NO MORE BODY ACHES IN THE MORNING. GREAT! GREAT! GREAT!

UPDATE on "The Snow" mattress cover.....I normally hate mattress covers because they make me feel hot. This one is wonderful. It actually makes me feel cool. I am a "hot sleeper" and this thing does NOT get hot at all. VERY HIGHLY RECEOMMEND.

Let me tell you how much I recommend this store.....I sent my son there IMMEDIATELY. where he purchased everything he needed in a new bed. I have told about 15-20 different people and I rarely risk my reputation sending people to stores, but DANNY and this Sleep Experts is beyond fantastic.

You will get HONESTY, a great product and great service for a fair price. What else can you ask for?

I’m a proud owner of a Leggett & Pratt adjustable base with a purple mattress and I owe it all to mike Ballard. Mike was Super friendly to my wife and I the moment we walked in. I my self am not educated with mattress and bases and what not so I had asked what’s the best option for a good nights sleep. Mike told my wife and I to just lay in any bed or all the beds and when we find something we like to holler and he would help ( I liked that not pushy) we had laid on almost every bed in the store. I said well I tell you what, what do you sell a lot of he said purple mattress. we laid on them and it was all over for us we finally found the mattress we liked! He explained the great perks and benefits purple had to offer. We then said what’s the base you recommend and he told us a l&p, wow was he not lying about that either! Wife and I glanced at the prices and decided to go home and sleep on it. We went back the next day after a rough nights sleep on our old mattress. (lol) my wife and I really didn’t want to spend a lot but after realizing we spend 9 hours a day of our life in bed it’s really not smart to cheap out and go back to 500 dollar mattress. So we ended up spending a pretty decent amount of money! It gets better mike said we offer awesome financin, holy smokes he wasn’t lying 0 down 0% interest and 60 months! Our payments were peanuts it’s now been a week and we have never slept so good in all our lives I strongly recommend mike and I strongly recommend purple and Leggett and Pratt! Did my research both companies are top notch! Mike I hope you get to see this or your boss you made my buying experience awesome good to know customer service is still out there! We loved our experience with Danny at Sleep Experts! Originally, we popped in back in June 2019. We knew our mattress wasn't working for us & needed to be getting a new one soon. We were greeted by Danny whom even after telling him we didn't yet live in the area & would probably be in the new year we could actually purchase showed us around. We did the sleep expert test & calculated which mattresses were best for both my husband & me. He spent a good 40 min with us & left us feeling good about purchasing there in the future. Fast forward to January 2020 - we were ready for a new set! We went back to Sleep Experts & were greeted by Danny, yet again. We walked out owning a new king size adjustable base, king size Purple 2, 2 Purple pillows, a Purple mattress protector, & warranties. Not only was everything in stock but we also were able to get delivery the very next day! Within 24 hours of purchase, we had the bed delivered & assembled. That evening we were sleeping on our new set! We were so pleased with our experience from start to finish! There was no rushed feeling, we felt important, & that any questions we had were valid.
