Mattress Firm Allen Outlet — Hotel in Allen

Ron was wonderful to work with and not just because he gave me a great deal (but that he did!!). This was my first time purchasing a mattress for myself and even though my mom came with me, Ron immediately made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel like he was pressuring me into anything but at the same time he was still wanting to make a sale. He told me about the beds in a way that didn't feel like he was trying to sell me on them, but gave me the info he felt I should know. He was patient with me, letting me try different beds multiple times - going back and forth. We decided to go to lunch and come back so I could be sure that was the right one - because after lying on so many beds you can get a little confused. He also made sure that the guys that keep towing cars in their parking lot would NOT tow our cars (with it being Black Friday weekend I guess these guys are out in full force towing peoples cars that park in their lot and walk over to the outlet mall). He even gave us tags to put on our cars to help avoid them getting towed. It just shows that Ron truly cares about his customers. We came back after lunch and I ended up purchasing a new mattress! He also helped me pick out a new pillow and mattress protector. Ron made it a pleasant experience and I would send him to anyone I know in the market for a new mattress. I can't wait for my new bed to come next week!...

There is a TOTAL disconnect between the Sales Store and the delivery service. We told the manager what we had..a head board that needed to be attached to the frame.....and we needed elevators to make the bed taller. The delivery people showed up and had neither with them. They only had the power base. They said there was nothing they could do. When I went back to the store, the manager just shrugged his head and said he could put in a request, but that is all he could do. He said delivery would come back out first thing in the morning....First thing ended up at 1200 noon. Really? The phone number the store gives you ends up being a "phone tree". Nothing can be solved by this phone number. You can't even leave a message. I had surgery and had a follow up with my doctor. My wife had a presentation at work. We BOTH missed our appointments because this company does not care! RUN...

We are pleased with our most recent mattress purchase & experience. After shopping around at various stores for weeks, we decided to return to Mattress Firm-Allen mainly because of the salesperson Brooks. While good customer service seems to be standard at the Mattress Firms we’ve been to, Brooks was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and upfront with us about negotiations, so we decided to purchase from him/this store. We believe that Brooks cared about our time, experience and purchase. We’ve made follow-up calls to him to ask questions and he continues to be responsive, courteous and helpful. Our only concern was with one of the delivery drivers-he had an issue with honoring the agreement to move our current mattresses to a different room without the hassle.
