There’s a reason for the overall 3.8 rating, and it is a waste of time if you visit this store. The store is ran by teens. Two kids were not being productive working but chatting with their friend-customer when I arrived. They literally didn’t greet and ignored me for few minutes. After they finished talking to their friend, a girl started to help me by asking me to check in without any explanation, which was confusing for my first time there. I told them that some clothes have animal hair in case they have allergies. They told me they might not be able to buy them and would need me to wash them clean. I totally understand and said just took them out and I would take care of it.
After all the prep works, I asked and was told it would be about 20-minute wait (I told them I had an appointment afterwards but the wait was okay). They didn’t tell me someone was ahead of me, though I saw their friend was. The first 20 minutes flew away and I went to front desk for status, the girl who helped me said it’d take another ten minutes to get things done.
The boy called my name not even after ten minutes, saying they can’t take any of them because of the animal hair. I asked him why didn’t tell me at the beginning but held me for 40 minutes. He argued that was because someone were ahead of me. I questioned him for the wait time I was told but he only said not only one person was before me and nothing else. I asked and was also told that they just started on my stuff. However, I was in store the whole time and saw my stuff was being handled. (I went through the most recent reviews and some said they missed their stuff. There’s no way I can tell or prove if I missed any, do I?)
What else could I say about it?
I was mad, but still delivered my thanks for potential extra works they might have done. Yet, the boy turned around and left without a word.
For whoever is managing this store - you’re making money by operating this store, and hopefully give young kids opportunities to grow - not spoil them, let them do whatever, and ruin your business. Being professional and efficient are what your business needs and what the kids should learn at their age.

Read moreLiterally had the worst experience here. I came for thier fill a bag sale which i go to loyally to almost all locations and have been an uptown shopper for over 10 years. I did my purchase as normal showed my receipt to the girl at the door everything looked fine but when i went through a sensor went off. In taking the item (that I already paid for) to the front to take the sensor off i was told it was actually a full priced item that i was mischarged for. This is not my fault, the guy then said he had to call his manager who then told me my only choices were to return it (for no refund mind you) or pay full price. I told them no that its not my fault i wasn't charged properly, i literally already paid for the item and the receipt said ALL SALE FINAL in all caps bright red letter. This girl Amanda really tried to tell me i wasn't going to be taking the item home with me and when i tried to grab it and the receipt the guy almost didn't give it to me. I had to threaten to call the cops and then they almost kept my wallet which had fallen out while we had originally been looking for the sensor. Literally drove over an hr to come here and regret it. Definitely never going to this location again. Amanda needs to train her people better and when THEY make a mistake not hold the customer accountable or catch it at the register. Read moreThe staff here are like high school bullies . They all seem like they hate their job and they take it out on the customers. I went to sell clothes here and there were 3 bags of items and they said they wouldn’t take anything which is fine but they asked if we wanted to drop off or wait in store . We said wait in store and they said to us just so you know if you leave the building it’s going to be considered a drop off which will be ready in like 3-4 hours. We said ok we will wait in store AGAIN and we asked what the ETA would be and they said we will call your name. We were in the building for about 30 minutes waiting and waiting when one of the workers said just so you know we already checked your stuff like 10 minutes ago and we’re not taking anything. I am honestly shocked at how rude the staff were. They never even called our name to let us know when the clothes were ready and we were walking around aimlessly in the store. Then the nerve to say “10 minutes ago” that it was already checked. What’s the point of telling us that it was ready 10 minutes ago? I unfortunately saw the reviews that people were saying about racial discrimination afterwards but I don’t know for sure if that was the reason for the ways I treated.
