Update a year later: It has not changed much since the last time I was here. It's still pretty overpriced for food here sushi was 7.99 for 8 little tiny pieces. My ticket totaled a little over $15 for two items. The taro milk tea was pretty good this time. Other than that the sushi was kind of mediocre at best. It had more of a gingery taste to it or something that was not fresh. A fresh piece of sashimi has no flavor except a buttery finish. The sushi kind of tasted like it had been marinated in something to keep it preserved. I probably wouldn't come here for sushi, but the drinks are okay. _____________________________ I came here despite the ratings. Here's my honesty in a paragraph. The strawberry milk tea was very watered down. It kept separating and tasted pretty unappealing. Very little sweetness because of the lack of milk. The sesame chicken wasn't bad. It had a decent flavor but was a tad on the salty side. It was incredibly hot however, and burnt my tongue. I did like that the breading wasn't too heavy and you could taste the chicken. The chicken was a little chewy. It came with a decent amount of rice. The pho had a nice flavor of five spice. I didn't try the green curry but my nephew said it was tasty, but spicy. The women's bathroom was out of order, along with the soda fountain. Overall this was an okay experience. The women behind the counter were really nice and allowed my family to move chairs around so my sibling could borrow the wall outlet for her oxygen. I recommend the sesame chicken and pho. But not the milk teas.

My go-to order is Pad Woo Sen with beef; spice level 2; and a classic milk tea. It’s my comfort food and they make it perfectly. I’ve always wanted to try their vast tea menu; but nervous to possibly get something I wouldn’t like. For my birthday my son worked with the team to order 12 varieties of tea, most with different boba toppings. We had a great time trying new things in a smaller size cup my son brought in and the team was awesome working with the “try new things!” goal. My new favorite will be the honeydew melon milk tea with tapioca! It was amazing. I am so grateful that they helped us have this wonderful experience for my birthday with my son.

We stopped and ate at this place before we went to see a hockey game and we will definitely be back. The young lady at the counter was so very nice and explained what they were and what they served. She gave a recommendation and we went for it and it was so good. On the spice level we went with a 1 and I'm glad because that was just hot enough. We will be back soon to eat and the portions they serve will definitely fill you up. They serve coke and that is always a bonus for me. So give them a try and I know that you will be glad you did.

Quite a few Negatives below this but let me list the Positives first: cute looking restaurant, nice boba for my child, kids meal tiny but tasty. Walked in ordered food, was asked if dine in I said yes and was still served in to go packaging, no real plates or silverware. Bought an adult pad Thai w chicken dish and a kids sesame chicken meal. The 6.50 Kids meal is a very small serving enough for a 2 or 3 year old. It was probably 4 very small bites of chicken. It also did not include a drink. Most restaurants offer a kids menu for 10 even 12 and under w a good serving of food and includes a drink. I thought it be fine to order for my 10 year old but no it was miniscule. The 4 small little pieces of chicken were tasty but for a 1.50 less i can get more food w a panda bowl at panda express. Pad Thai, something I normally love at OTHER restaurants had noodles that tasted of dirt n a light tomato sauce. No garlic or wok flavor. I kindly sent my noodles back and to be nice I did NOT ask for my money back or even an adult meal in it's place. I asked for a kids meal of sesame chicken. I then was told by the woman that I would have to pay for that kids meal! Even though the pad Thai was no good n i returned it she was trying to charge me for replacement! Thank goodness this man came to the rescue and told her dont charge for that. He ordered my kids sesame without charging me of course n thank goodness this time around it had a decent amount of chicken. Prob 8 pieces of chicken. As my daughter n I were eating he came by n began asking what was wrong with the pad Thai so He could fix it. He was wearing a mask n my hearing is not the best but I could swear he also said he sells like 50 pad Thais a day. So he's surprised I didn't like it. Smh I just want to eat my food in peace not deal with him...

Decent food, not great, though it used to be pretty good. But, very poor service and very poor delivery record. This is the 4th time in the last 5 orders - 4 in the last 2 months - that something has gone wrong. This last was the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back.

The first time we had a non-delivery we rang it as a fluke, however these are our experiences:

Order cancelled by Eat24 after the food never arrives and restaurant was now closed. I have no clue what happened here. Ordered food and 30 minutes later we were told they were out of all "breaded chicken" but they could substitute non-breaded chicken. Sesame Chicken without breading isn't good. This order really was cancelled. Successful order. Yay? We Ordered food and they were out of cheese sticks, they substituted veggie egg rolls instead. Ordered Food, including Pad Thai. They were out of the noodles, and they asked if they could substitute flat noodles and we agreed. An hour and a half after the food hadn't arrived (AGAIN) we try and call the restaurant (AGAIN) and they were closed (AGAIN). Eat24 refunded our money after seeing a note that "we'd cancelled." We did not.

After these experiences, though we'd used them previously without issue, we won't be ordering again for delivery. 3 out of 5 times they didn't have something we ordered. Twice orders just never arrived. Four of these experiences are in the last 2 months. The other was later in the 2017, and we took a break from ordering. This break will be longer. The food wasn't horrible when it showed up, and...

I used to love this place. The pad thai is amazing and I have been coming for years. However, the man who I believe to be the owner is extremely rude and has seriously made me consider not coming back, as much as I love the food. He stares down everyone who orders water to make sure they actually get water. He even got a separate water dispenser to put right in front of him so he can watch you. One day, I asked for a small plastic container to put hot sauce in. I filled it up and could not get the lid to close after multiple attempts. I told him the lid did not fit and he snapped and said "It fits, it fits!!" He then tried to put it on himself and couldn't get it to work. He finally gave me a new one but made it clear that he was angry about it. I even know some people who refuse to come here anymore because of him. With that in mind, I still love the food and do still come here whenever I get the chance. However, if I have another similar encounter with this man again, I most likely will not return. The other employees are very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Excellent food! If you don't mind the rude owner, you'll love this place!

Edit: Originally gave this 4 stars with my above review. The owner continues to be one of the rudest business owners I’ve ever seen. And if you don’t believe that, just read his incredibly unprofessional responses to customers’ comments on here. No idea how his business is still surviving in DFW. Gave it 2 stars because I do enjoy the pad Thai. Otherwise I’d give it 1 star. Learn to treat your customers...
