Update: Called the store again tonight (1/15/24). Manager wasn’t there, but one of the associates was able to find the order and process a refund. They said it could take up to 2 days to see the funds back in my account. Increasing my service rating to two stars due to the friendly associate that assisted me with the refund.
Took my money. Never delivered my order and never called me back.
I placed an order for delivery on 1/10/2024 at 6:11 pm on the app. By 7:15 the money was deducted from my account, but there was no update on my order on the app.
I called the store and they said they had no record of my order so they could not send my cookies or refund the money they took. They took my number and said a manger would call me the next day.
The manager never called.
At midnight, I suddenly get an order update from Crumbl saying my order is on its way. I also get a text message from DoorDash saying they can’t fulfill my order because Crumbl is closed. No kidding - it’s midnight. I placed the order at 6 pm. The dasher said Crumbl has to cancel the order. I eventually get a notification in the middle of the night that my order was cancelled.
This happened on January 10th. It is January 14th. App STILL says 1 minute to delivery…. For 1:21 AM on January 10th when the order was placed at 6:11 pm on January 10th.

Read morePlaced an online order today. I was there 15min after my order should have been ready. I decided to go into the store rather than curbside. I went in and there was 4 employees there, all apparently too busy to even greet me. They had 1 customer ahead of me that had just placed an order. I was standing at the pick up counter again, no one greeted me until the girl was finished with the customer before me. She came and asked if I was there for a pick up order, I gave her my name, and she then comes back to inform me that they were out of chocolate chip cookies. I did see the customer before me had taken some. So, I asked the girl why my order wasn’t done and ready to go before they ran out of the cookies. She told me they prep the order at pick up time which makes it pointless to be given a pick up time then. I asked how long until the cookies were ready. She told me 20minutes since they were barely being made. I decided to get another flavor because I wasn’t going to wait that long. I prefer the Lake Mary location even though it’s a longer drive for me, but they have better customer service. I have never gone unnoticed, and they are always fully stocked. Read moreI rarely do this, but I felt the disregard warranted a review. I ordered curbside pickup on Thursday at 5:45. I was given 10-15 mins until it was ready. Drove across town with my baby in the car. Put my car model and color in the link. Arrived on time, food was ready, and I texted the number. Nothing. Cars that came in after me were instantly helped. I went inside. No acknowledgement. Huge line. Stuff that was showing as out of stock online was clearly plentiful inside. I went back to the car. By now, it was 6:30. I checked the link again, texted, called...nothing. My baby was so cranky at this point. I went inside again, carrying him, and asked again. A teenager said, "Sasha? Here." No apology for delay or non curbside delivery. No explanation. My order was mini cookies, not fullsize like I ordered. I had tipped $2 for curbside. I'm furious that I waited nearly an hour and wasted time and money on falsely advertised goods and services. What did I tip for???
