El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Artesia

I went through the drive through window last night at 7:14 pm, ordered only 4 pieces of chicken. After I got my food I needed a cup of water. This is where the rudeness of the window employee and others comes in play! I honked my horn trying to get the attention of the employee at the counter getting the food from the cooks. She looked over at the window with a smurk on her face as I waived my hand and honked my horn once again to get her attention. She then starts walking towards the drive through window only to make eye contact with me and take a quick right turn toward the back area of the restaurant. I WAITED FOR 3 to 5 MINUTES "BEFORE" THE DRIVE THROUGH ATTENDANT THAT WAS "IN" THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW/AREA "THE ENTIRE TIME THERE" HIDING BEHIND THE DARK GLASS, OBVIOUSLY HAD BEEN THERE WITNESSING THE WHOLE THING... "FINALLY" SHE POPS HER HEAD OUT OF THE WINDOW AS SHE IS LAUGHING WITH THE HEAVIER GIRL THAT WALKED TO THE BACK OF THE STORE AS I WAS WAITING TO GET THEIR ATTENTION TO ORDER A CUP OF ICE COLD WATER! I assume that is not the way El Pollo Loco trains their employees to treat the customers, much less laugh at their face AFTER MAKING THE CUSTOMER WAIT AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW and finally taking the time to ask what I needed. NOT LIKE IS THAT IT WAS RUSH HOUR AND THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED?!?! The employee working the window was a skinny young girl with long hair in a black pony tail wearing glasses, the other worker could of been the night manager. She was a bit heavier with black hair and was working the food area behind the cash register. I hope the corporate offices hear about the rudely mistreatment of the customers from their employees. Horrible service and management, if I could zero stars. I did an online order, and they put my al carte chicken breast with one of my meals and the chicken. Was burned, mostly bones and small, than I called ahead to add salsa avocado and an extra bag, it wasn't in there, thank God I checked before the girl left. (Curbside) also tried calling 8x and no answer, finally someone answers, young female manager and doesn't apologize at all, doesn't tell me anything but that I can come in an exchange the chicken, Im don't live in the area I was going to another job for the day and picked up there. Food was good cause we were hungry anyways. Wifey and I had to use the restrooms while we waited for our food. The ladies restroom was locked so my wifey waited patiently for about 40 min till she let one of the workers know is been over 40 min now and no one has come out of the women's restroom. The worker at El Pollo Loco told her that people come and shower in their restrooms all the time. So my wifey has to wait for the bum to finish his shower in the restroom that is for paying customers. What? I did not know that people can shower in this El Pollo Loco's restroom and paying customers have to wait to use the restroom after the bums stunk it up from showering in there for almost an hour....
