As far as pricing goes, the items are a bit overpriced. Also, as an introvert, I find that the customer service is over kill. I don't like being hounded just because I pick an item up and look at it like I might be interested when I was literally just looking, I don't like someone new rushing over to me within 5-7 seconds because I picked something else up. I prefer to just mull over my choices and make a decision on my own. It's great that they are so attentive and readily available IF you actually need something, but I personally don't need the hounding unless I ask for help. It's a turn off for me personally. The aesthetic of the store is beautiful, witchy and eclectic which I love, but they really need actual doors on the dressing rooms because there have been many times I have seen things I shouldn't have and times I realized my room curtain was partially open as well which was upsetting. They don't have many choices for women who are tall and wear a 12/14 plus I've noticed. But, it's nice that its a local, women...
Read moreI have been a customer here for at least 15 years and I have never had less than exceptional service, and I always get compliments on everything I buy here! The staff is amazing and work hard to take care of customers, which as someone who managed retail stores for 30 years I can say is very rare. Jordana and Amanda and all the staff are great and always willing to go above and beyond as I live out of State and often shop via Instagram or phone, and have the merchandise shipped. Seriously people be kind and understanding, if you ever have a problem give them a chance to resolve it, these are genuinely...

When we returned to the store to explain the situation, the sales assistant said we would have to pay to replace the stone. That was frustrating enough--for $200 you should be able to wear a necklace more than three times without it breaking--but then, the person behind the counter insinuated that it was my mom's fault the jewelry broke, saying that they had had a similar piece for two years with no problems. I won't be back, which is a shame for them because I was really looking forward to frequenting this shop. Don't waste...
