Biscuits and gravy - I did not care for the mushroom and cheese gravy. However, by design, it was perfectly gravied and perfectly cooked So without a personal preference - 10
Bacon Too large pieces of bacon, which did not appear to be fresh. It was cooked perfectly. Well, it was a little of on texture - 6
My professional opinion about this place. It has a good potential. Great atmosphere for the walk ends. The food is designed As a very simplified, breakfast place, which is hard to get in atlanta..
$14 is not a lot to pay for a breakfast these days. However, my suggestion to the company. And management would be that you get with the cooks. Who are on their way to be chefs? One day after they're trained properly.. This is a non bious opinion. How do I do food evaluations across the city. Over easy eggs and poached eggs seem to have a displacement in the atlanta market because of poor staff / management training
I will say that I gave the tip to the young lady at the cash register. Because the overall experience was really nice as she assists me with order. Some of the food flavors were not in my taste palette. So I will not put ratings on that. That was a personal preferenceI will say that I gave the tip to the young lady at the cash register. I did see a management on staff doing their Doing paperwork? I will say that Atlanta has got away from the culture of meeting greeting and creating a warm atmosphere for all customers. My suggested for you to maintain your business. Is that you bring that back. The food On the menu serves a welcome home invitation. It would be nice if you had on floor staff. That did the same thing and complimented your business.
All that being said if I need a friendly smile. I'll return to see the hostess other than that. I would not return for the food waffle. House will serve the same at the end of the day, les the biscuits.
If there's a management stat that that is willing to reach out to me and tell me there's a difference and show me the difference. I'm a promoter in atlanta area, and I'll be glad to come back in for a new experience and hopefully to assist in marketing...

Nestled in the heart of [Location], Maple Street Biscuit beckons food enthusiasts with its mouthwatering array of Southern-inspired dishes. My recent visit to this charming establishment left me thoroughly impressed, from the refreshing fresh-squeezed orange juice to the indulgent Biscuit French Toast with vanilla custard, and everything in between.
Let's start with the beverages: Maple Street Biscuit's fresh-squeezed orange juice is a revelation. Served ice-cold and bursting with citrusy goodness, it's the perfect way to kickstart your morning or refresh your palate during a leisurely brunch. Each sip is a symphony of flavor, reminding you why nothing beats the taste of freshly squeezed oranges.
Moving on to the star of the breakfast menu: the Biscuit French Toast with vanilla custard. This decadent dish takes the classic French toast to new heights, with thick slices of fluffy biscuit soaked in rich vanilla custard and cooked to golden perfection. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth indulgence that's as comforting as it is delicious—a true must-try for any breakfast aficionado.
And let's not forget about the sides: Maple Street Biscuit's cheesy grits are a delightful accompaniment to any meal. Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly seasoned, they're the ultimate comfort food that pairs perfectly with any dish on the menu.
But perhaps the crown jewel of Maple Street Biscuit's offerings is The Sticky Maple—a mouthwatering biscuit sandwich featuring fried chicken, pecan wood-smoked bacon, and drizzled with house-made maple syrup. The combination of savory and sweet flavors, coupled with the satisfying crunch of the biscuit, makes for a culinary experience that's nothing short of heavenly.
For the little ones, the Lil' Retro menu offers adorable and delicious options, like the Lil' Retro biscuit with egg and cheese, guaranteed to put a smile on their faces.
While not every item on the menu lived up to expectations—the Caramel Toffee Latte and Maple Vanilla Latte fell short of the mark—the overall dining experience at Maple Street Biscuit is one that I would highly recommend. From the friendly service to the cozy atmosphere and, most importantly, the delectable Southern-inspired dishes, Maple Street Biscuit is a culinary gem that's worth seeking out. Whether you're a local or just passing through, be sure to add Maple Street Biscuit to your list of must-visit restaurants. You won't be...
Read moreThis morning I arrived at Maple Street Biscuit Company on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta, GA to pick up an order scheduled for 8am. The order was confirmed by the restaurant yesterday via email and this morning via text message.
I arrived at the store at 8:05am. The order was for a work meeting at 8:30. My work is only 5 minutes from the store, so I thought I left plenty of time in case they were running late. I waited at the counter for a couple of minutes until I was addressed by an employee. She went to the back to "confirm" the order. I could hear two other employees arguing about whether or not they knew they had a catering order. A few minutes later, one of those employees came to me and told me that she didn't realize there was a catering order because she'd been out the past two days and someone else forgot to tell her about it.
With no other choice, I asked them to proceed with the order (hoping I would not get in trouble at work for being late with the food, as getting the food was my responsibility). They told me part of the order included iced cinnamon biscuits but those take 30 minutes to make, so they suggested we switch those orders to cookies instead, since cookies take only 10 minutes. I reluctantly agreed.
I sat in the store waiting for 35 minutes (without an offer of even a glass of water). The order was given to me in 7-8 different bags so I walked them out to my car (without an offer of help from anyone in the store) in several trips. The final bag was delayed - this was around 8:45 - because the cookies weren't ready. The cookies that were supposed to take 10 minutes and were supposedly started at 8:10am.
The store offered me a $25 gift card but I refused it. I do not want to go back to that store even if the food is free or discounted. I discovered later that they dropped it in one of the bags anyways, I suppose thinking that this gesture made up for me being 45 minutes late with the food for my work meeting. I was charged in full for the order even though I didn't get all the items I ordered (e.g. cinnamon biscuits, which could have been made in the 40 minutes I ended up waiting...
