— Original: I would NOT recommend buying furniture here due to their poor customer service and the questionable quality. We have a damaged kitchen table with no way to fix it after being misled by the owners about its durability less than a year ago.

We left a plant (in a double lined plastic basket) on a rope placemat on our kitchen table for 1 week, and came back to find permanent damage to our table.

We only did so because the owner, Jenny, told us that the table was liquid-proof, with no caveats. Apparently, this is only true for so long, with only certain liquids. Their contract also failed to mention any care instructions or use restrictions for the table.

Despite this, Chris, the other owner, repeatedly said it was entirely our fault. Even after I noted other communication issues, he only agreed to cover half ( - he did not offer).

The repairman, an old buddy of the owners, made minimal effort to fix the spot before he gave up, and flat out ignored us at times.

Unfortunately, WoodForest cares more about “being right” than making it right. The repair cost starts at $75, which is a small price to pay to restore customer trust, especially considering it's only 1.8% of what we spent on the...

We recently received two specially ordered glider chairs from this company, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The customer service was truly exemplary—every step of the process was handled with care, communication was prompt and helpful, and our order even arrived ahead of schedule.

My husband and I are from southern Utah and looked everywhere from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City to find a dining set. We were having a very hard time finding quality furniture in a style and color we liked. While visiting our daughter in Cleveland, she directed us to Woodforest Furniture. (She and her husband had previously purchased an Amish made dining set from Woodforest Furniture). Gary and his wife helped us find the exact dining set we were hoping for and for an excellent price. We ordered it and Gary helped us find a shipping company to get it out to St George, Utah after it was made. When the dining set was completed, it was delivered to the shipping company and Gary personally went there to check it out before it was wrapped and shipped. It arrived at our home in perfect condition. We loved the experience of choosing our table and chairs. Gary and his wife were very friendly and helpful. And we love our table and chairs!!
