Black Key Coffee — Restaurant in Avon

I originally ordered a black cold brew iced coffee. Unfortunately, their cold brew had run dry for the day (Sunday, 10 am) so the Barista suggested a coffee Americano instead. The Americano was fine, not bad but also nothing to write home about. There was only one barista serving a fairly lengthy line which made the small waiting area seem all that more cramped. The menus are located on walls, which in the small waiting area with many guests, are hard to locate and then read. This likely made the wait time longer as folks had to look at the menu after getting up to the counter. This is not a coffee shop where I’d sit and stay, only because there really is not that much space to sit nor stay. Glad to have a coffee shop in the Avon community, hopeful that on my return trip to try the honey pistachio latte some changes will have been made to make the customer experience...

THE BEST COFFEE I HAVE EVER HAD! Few times have I genuinely enjoyed a coffee straight up with nothing added, but Black key Coffee is one of them, specifically the Costa Rica Tarrazu; which happens to be my favorite of their roasts. It is a lighter roast, but still has a wonderful full bold flavor, is never bitter, and exceptionally light on the pallet.

They carry a good selection of other roasts and are adding new ones often. The quality of their roasts truly shows the care and attention to detail they are putting into their products. Shipping has been quick every time and I always look forward to opening the box and revealing the wonderful aroma's emanating from it. The only problem I have is that I always seem to go through it too quickly.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an artisan coffee company, or anyone who truly wants some of the best...

Black Key Coffee is now the key to my caffeine and lifestyle. I'm someone who takes my time seriously as I help Small Businesses when banks can't (just meet the requirements). After a meeting that went successful, I decided to finish my coffee at one place I know best thats relaxing.

Cleveland, if you want think coffee is great over there, I'd love for you to try to make it here. We are growing fast and I support this business.
