The William Fell Baltimore, Tapestry Collection by Hilton — Hotel in Baltimore

Positive: No hot water was the biggie! Lots of construction and it seemed the construction team was living in the hotel. When I contacted the desk to help with he hot water, the clerk tried to reach maintenance but was not able to while I was there. Negative: The room labeled "hot water Heater" was just outside our room, no one came. When we left, I informed the clerk we never got hot water and he said I tried...

Positive: Location was good for the area. Staff were courteous and helpful. Negative: Room was booked for 2 double beds along with refrigerator and microwave. Room did not have appliances and had a cot for the second bed. Mold growing on bathroom ceiling, paint chipping from walls and just very run down. AC did not work and room was hot....

Positive: That they reimbursed me for the room. Negative: The mattress looked like someone died on it and they left the body there for a month. They were fully booked and said it was either that room or go find another place to stay. So we did. I highly recommend the Canopy by Hilton right...
