Su Casa Furniture — Local services in Baltimore

Every now and then you have such a great experience with a store that you have to write a glowing review of it. This is one of those occasions. We recently purchased a sectional sofa from Su Casa and had it delivered to our house yesterday. We looked at sectionals at several national chains, including in DC, but didn't find anything we really liked until we went to Su Casa in Fells. Everything about our experience with Su Casa--from the floor service to the delivery crew was exceptional. First of all, Yoriko, the saleswoman, was outstanding, answering all of our questions as if she really knew the product. She was super sweet, had good design opinions, and was easy to work with. If all salespeople were like her there would be world peace. The delivery crew, Marcus and Matt, were very courteous and careful. They came to our house early--the first time anything of this size has ever been delivered to our house early. They respectfully removed their shoes without even being asked (who ever hear of that?!). The only hitch was the furniture pieces at first seemed like they were not going to be able to be maneuvered around our 20th Century staircase. At one point, it looked like we would have to abort the mission. But Marcus wouldn't leave until the job was done, figuring out the jigsaw puzzle of our staircase while lifting hundreds of pounds of furniture. We finally got the sofa in our second-floor family room and--after all the blood, sweat and tears--I have to say that it's absolutely perfect in our room! I purchased a beautiful velvet couch and an area rug from Su Casa in June. The delivery was seamless and the delivery guys were very courteous and efficient. I received a follow-up call from Su Casa to ensure that the delivery went well. I've also recently received a handwritten card from Marjorie who had originally helped me with my order. The extra touch enhanced my already pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my dog recently threw up on my new couch which left a big stain. I called Su Casa right away and Brian took great care of me. He informed me of what product I should use on the stain and how to apply and even followed up later that evening when he received additional information about the product care. The stain is now removed and I am a very, very happy customer.

Su Casa is fantastic! Not only do they have the highest quality items, but their staff are amazing. We bought two couches this year and could not be happier.
