Remodeled bathrooms, could use bathmats as showers become extremely slippery during showers and there are no grab bars anywhere. We went to Target a few blocks away to buy a bath mat. Also they installed HUGE vessel sinks that take up the entire countertop so there is maybe two to four inches of countertop for a toiletry kit or toothbrush next to the sink, so if you travel with products, hair appliances, makeup, there is NO room. Hotel was busy so we actually had to split our stay between two different rooms.Hotel was very accommodating in giving us a late check out on first room so we could transfer directly to the second room without having to move all our stuff to our car for a few hours. Our first room, room 134, two queen beds, was near the far end of the building, west side, dark in morning, had trees and faced a building so it was private feeling even with curtains open. There was a living room chair in room. Our second room, room 119 was a king whirlpool suite, with a walk in shower with rain shower head in the bathroom, and that vanity had more space outside the vessel sink. Room 119 was also more in the middle of the building and facing east so it was bright in the morning, also faced parking lot. There is no elevator in the two story hotel so if you have mobility issues, call the front desk directly to make your reservation if you need/want the first floor. Rooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand sanitizer, and bar of soap. Room has Kurig with regular and decaf coffee and two kinds of tea. Lobby has coffee, flavored creamers and individually wrapped, freshly baked, cookies. Breakfast was varied and well stocked, they block access to buffet type items and have staff scoop and serve guests (waffles, eggs, bacons, potatoes, oatmeal, etc) and then breads, muffins, yogurts, granola bars, pop tarts, anything individually wrapped was self serve. Large breakfast area with lots of seating. Vending machines towards far end of hallway with varied selection of candy, crackers, chips, and cookies, sodas, etc. Easy check in and able to leave keys in room and phone for contactless check out. No problems with Wi-Fi. Microwave and fridge in room, blow dryer, iron and ironing board.

The hotel was pleasant. Two and a half hours from the airport. The room was clean and warm upon entering. The showers were hot, and there were plenty of towels. Pillows were so comfortable, slept like a baby. Full breakfast available at six a.m., eggs, bacon, potatoes, and waffles, among other stuff. Convenience store across the parking lot but had to climb a wall of snow to get there.

Immediately upon entering our room the smell of mold was very strong and then we realized it was coming from the very damp/wet carpet. I had to keep my shoes on the whole time because my socks would have gotten wet walking on the carpet. Housekeeping was next door and we alerted them and they were very nice and offered to spray our room which of course didn't help much but at least they were nice and offered to do something. We were only staying one night and the hotel was sold out so we didn't ask for another room so that part is on us. ||My biggest concern was the following morning when I reported it to the woman at the desk who I believe was the manager on duty. I said to her that they need to address this issue before renting out that room again to another unsuspecting guest who might have breathing issues/asthma and her response was "Yeah that's been a problem" so she's obviously heard this complaint before and then stated "We are sold out so somebody will be staying in that room tonight unfortunately." ||I mentioned this in my survey from Radisson and received a response from their general manager who seemed receptive to addressing it so maybe they have made the appropriate corrections and trained that employee to better respond to complaints of mold and wet carpet...

The room and actually the entire hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was very friendly from the young gal check in who was delightful to maintenance cruise. The pool was just the right temperature and the hot tub was wonderful. Everything was as clean as could be.Our beds were very comfortable and the sheets and pillows were very nice also. The room included shampoo and conditioner and lotion. There was an ironing board and iron. Our beds were very comfortable and the sheets and pillows were very nice also. The room included shampoo and conditioner and lotion. There was an ironing board and iron microwave and refrigerator. It was quiet and we felt safe. A very nice location. Would definitely stay here again. I enjoyed the breakfast. They had eggs and sausage and gravy. Also waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, cereal, very well appointed. It was a spacious area and...
