Delicious burgers and malts! I had peppermint bon bon malt shake with fudge.

Tabitha was out waiter. She is awesome!!!

Came back June 9, 2021 so I have a new review.

My meal was AMAZING tonight. I didn't know food could be so tasty. I'm so happy right now, probably one of the best meals of the month if not year.

I ordered the Ranch bacon chicken omelet. It comes with a side of hashbrowns and your choice of toast or pancakes.

I didn't know what to expect of the omelet. But I can confidently say each bite was delightful! What an amazing omelet. Each bite filled with cheese, chicken and ranch. I ate the whole thing.

I only had a bite of my hashbrowns so I'd have room for the pancakes. These pancakes were some of the best. Now that I think of it, I can't think of a better pancake as I type this out.

The taste was such a compliment after eating the wonderful ranch omelet. The 2 pancakes came topped with butter and were good sized. They were so light and fluffy!

And yes, the hashbrowns were delicious too!

I want to shout out to Adrian for the excellent service tonight also.

I can't wait to come back!!! ❤

My dad and I went here on 03/19/2021 for supper after having a fun time in Baxter/Brainerd for the day. Tabitha was our waitress. She made us feel welcome and made sure that we were taken care of, so friendly staff all around. Also love the décor of this place too. Groovy place!

I got the hot beef sandwich (shown below) and it was the best hot beef sandwich that I have had in my entire life. I have had hot beef sandwiches at other restaurants and very picky about how I want it made. However, nothing comes close to how delicious this was from the 371 Diner in Baxter.

The meat and bread was easy to cut with a fork, the mashed potatoes and gravy were smooth on the lips before swallowing, and the meal overall was presented well and hot enough. There were even peas served as a side dish. This was great because I never had a side dish served with a hot beef sandwich before, and the peas were good too.

Cannot wait to come back to this diner again! Make sure to also get the shakes here. I got a strawberry shake with a cherry on top. So good, and was able to have the leftover...

Sorry, I can’t agree with most reviewers on this one. Maybe their reviews came from something other than breakfast. After eating breakfast here, I wish I’d have just stuck with the free waffles at the hotel. The hard rock music coming from the kitchen was atrocious. Just because Ozzy passed away doesn’t mean your customers want to start their day with an Ozzy Radio playlist blasting away. The omelets were horrible. I had sausage in mine but the sausage was clearly a greasy, precooked patty chopped up, warmed over, then thrown into an over cooked egg. What was I thinking when I expected fresh ground country sausage in an omelet? I must have been raised in a barn. Sheesh. And cheese? American. Gross. Might be good on a cheeseburger but awful in an omelet. They don’t even have cheddar or jack as an option. My wife’s omelet had ham that she said didn’t seem like real ham. When we paid the bill, the lady asked how things were. When I told it was disappointing, she didn’t even care to ask why.
