Read moreI have loved going to Culver's since I was a kid, it was even my first job where I lived at the time. That being said, I may be a bit more critical. Pros: Food is almost always great, hot and fresh, and served quickly, I can't recall having an issue with that. Employees are friendly. Cons: This store is open until 10 and I have gone several times around 8 PM or just before and they are already cleaning the soda machines and don't say ANYTHING, just wait for us to try the machine and look at us like we're stupid and then tell us we need to get our drinks at the drive through counter, which doesn't have all of the soda options. This is VERY irritating. The soda needs to be fully available to all customers during their business hours. Additionally, they should be cleaning the nozzles after close so they are clean overnight and in the morning. Also there have been a few times when employees are standing around with their backs towards their counter involved in their conversations. It takes them several minutes to even realize I am there if I don't say anything. Not very professional. Could use better management...

Culver's took a perceived "weakness" only one drive thru and shutting down their dining room, and they came up with a low cost outside-the-box solution that improves their service. This is exceptionally brilliant!
My son and I could have waited in the traditional line that was several vehicles deep. Instead we used the security booth checkout and had our food while the last car in line had yet to order!
Way to go Culver's! You didn't gripe and complain about a problem everyone was facing...you solved the problem with ingenuity and...
