My standard order is a Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher with light ice, 4 scoops of berries, & water. I am frustrated to say the least, I am on #8-10 of them adding lemonade to my drink instead of water, I can't drunk lemonade...when I bring it up to them they are short and rude. I actually had one employee raised her voice at me in the store, another employee looked shocked, I thanked them for their top notch customer service walked out with no resolution. One time they offered to re-make the drink, they added lemonade again. If I order on my app a refresher with water for myself and a refresher with lemonade for my daughter, there is always (not exaggerating) lemonade added to both drinks, one one occassion we literally had 3 extra drinks in the car because they re-made with lemonade that many times FOR ONE ORDER! I finally have asked myself why I am putting up with this?? Decided to try them again because I got a gift card for Christmas. When I went, the posted hours on their own website said that they were open and when I got there the door was locked. I knocked on the door and one of the baristas came to open it and I asked her what time they were going to be open. She rudely told me that they were closed and would only open at 6:30 because the holiday was affecting the hours. I told her that the website said they were supposed to be open and that tomorrow hours were adjusted, but not today's. She never gave an apology and simply stated that their hours have been posted in store for days, which I would not have known as I don't frequent this location due to poor customer service. Read moreI’ve stopped here several times while working in the area and love the convenience and quickness of ordering through the app. Sent my order through 10 minutes before getting into town, and when I got there, it wasn’t ready. Not a huge deal though, I saw it was busy and I’m pretty patient. I waited 10 more minutes before I went to the counter to ask about it, wondering if my order just hadn’t gone through. What upset me was the girl who ignored me when I was standing there. I finally said, “I placed a mobile order awhile ago and would like to know where it’s at,” and she turned around, had a rude look on her face, and asked, “your name?” She found my ticket and placed it on a cup, turned back around and continued about her business with no apology for the wait, or even a thank you for being patient.
