GameStop — Local services in Baxter

Went into the store to pick up a Nintendo Wii U they had advertised for black friday, the employee I spoke to was very disrespectful stating I could not purchase the system at first. When he finally went back to grab a system, I asked to be able to open it so I could inspect it myself as it was a used product and should be able to look at it before I pay for it. He repeatedly refused my requests, going as far as to say "when you buy used, you can't expect to get good stuff". I purchased the system despite not opening it and upon opening it I found it to be scratched up and dirty, why bother cleaning it up and making it presentable right? If I were able to look at them myself I would have chosen the one that looked like it was in the best condition cuz I do understand that used isnt always the best...

called in with a simple question "hi do you have a used copy of super smash bro for the 3ds in?" the person who answered made a snark remark "god another one" and then said " just go look online I don't Have time to deal with this Bullshit" then he hung up the phone on me...... this was my last straw with game stop, they have consistently been rude and I will never be going back. ill be getting all my games thru amazon, steam, or by just going to Walmart or best buy. The customer service at pretty much all locations are bad, but this 1 definitely took the cake and threw it...

I'd stay away from this place guy was rude I was picking up my purchase from next door and was told to move my vehicle cuz it was blocking his store which it wasn't I told him it wouldn't take me even 5 min an he said I still needed up move for sure in a strip of places to act that way clearly just drive away a customer I will never buy from this location again... On another note it's the guy was so worried about having ppl come in he would actually have the store open open more then it was closed.... Try best buy, target, Walmart, even home choice before giving this rude guy...
