We have went to pretty much all of the mattress places in the area for the past few years trying to find the perfect bed for my hypermobility/fibro issues and ended up wasting a lot of time, sales people just seemed to want to upsell. From there we tried SO many online bed-in-box typed mattresses and they all really were just awful, we decided to return to Mattress Firm and check things out, dove into a higher priced mattress brand and realized it was not ideal for my specific pain/body issue and Corey was a saint.

He helped us figure out what would work better for me and and made the whole exchange process painless. He was very insightful about pain issues, what to try for this and that and it all made a lot of sense.

Corey really GETS IT.. you do not find that often when it comes to sales people. He is truly a caring, helpful human with a lot of his own pain management experience and moving forward, Mattress Firm will be where we look from now on when needed. I just wish y'all sold...

We had some specific requirements we wanted in a bed, but had limited knowledge about specific options and brands available. We are turned off by high-pressure sales people. We spoke with Aaron and he listened patiently to us and then explained several options, giving us the pros and cons of each. We always sensed that he genuinely desired to help us and never felt he was attempting to sell us the most expensive options. After making a selection, he helped us determine the best deal. Best Mattress store youll find. Corey and Jerry are absolutely phenomenal people. They were so helpful and patient when I first came to pick out my mattress. Then when we had issues with it and we're struggling to get through the warranty process, Corey was all over it. He went above and beyond to ensure the misunderstandings were cleared up and continued to check in with me personally until it was resolved. Jerry then helped us through the process of choosing a new mattress and did everything he could to make sure the process was seamless and ensure we got the best deal possible to avoid additional out of pocket expenses.
