2 burritos⌠1 hour and 20 minutes for 2 burritos, ruined an entire planned date night. We had to leave and come back 2 different times, the order was marked as finished and then we go back to the location and it wasnât finished. (it wasnât even started) The employees only marked it as finished to divert all the people that had ordered online to have them make it when they get there. This was a random Wednesday night, no particular event or anything in town happening. No warning on the app about that location being busy or backed up. Only said that they were running behind after my order was ordered and supposed to be done. I tried to cancel my order but the app wouldnât let me (not that they have an option, I talked to the ai that denied me even though my order wasnât started) This also confuses me because this location has been great in the past! Regardless I donât know what happened to it, cars line up around the block and they used to send them around if their order wasnât ready. Now if your order is ready you could be stuck in line because the people in front of you have orders that arenât ready, so they just sit there blocking people with orders that are ready from getting to it. As for inside it hasnât been cleaned in a long while. It isnât clean there is food garbage all over the ground and tables. As for the kitchen, its even worse. Iâm not sure that it would survive a surprise health inspection. I would rather this location either hire who they need...
Read moreService is very, very, very slow, even compared with other Chipotle restaurants. They have been open long enough to have worked this out by now, but haven't. To be honest, it is far faster to drive across town to Burritos California to get better burritos with more meat, for less money. I have tried this Chipotle twice, and regretted it both times. The only thing that is an improvement over Burritos California is that they have a drive-thru. The frustration is that the drive-thru is so unreasonably slow that is is not a time saver. My second experience was 22 minutes from entering the drive-thru, until I drove away, from 3:45pm to 4:07pm. I can drive to Burritos California in 8 minutes, be served, and be back in less time. The main plus sides are that they have a great location, and as mentioned earlier: a drive-thru. The food is good & tastes the same as other Chipotle restaurants (but the portions of meat seem about 20% smaller). The food quality is good overall, even if slow and expensive.
I guess my end answer is to choose to avoid this chain location in favor of the local business that provides better value and more efficient service, even if I have to get out of the warm car in...
Read moreI am a GM at another restaurant. I have to give kudos to the cashier I haven't caught her name but she always seems to work there on the times that I'm there. First off the new gal on tortilla must be completely new cuz she has no knowledge of the different products and which the cashier came down and helped her with. There's a tall guy named will there which Cantrell tortillas very well the service is very slow. I've watched the cashier help stock the line give out orders on the drive-thru and assist in any way she can. So I guess I'm assuming she's a manager of some sort she's very well informed and tries to help the line when it slows down first off the new guy on tortilla must be completely new cuz he has no knowledge of the different products and which the cashier came down and help there with. there's a tall guy named will there which can't roll tortillas very well the service is very slow. Pest totally needs to pick up as if the cashier is able to do other tasks that tells me that the line is...
