This is one friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff! We bought all our lighting there in 1992 and still like it. One of our fixtures went out and we went in to try and replace it. It matches 3 other fixtures. They suggested bringing it in and were able to replace some parts and it is as good as new! Better, because we bought some of the lightbulbs they sell. We were very grateful they suggested and repaired it so quickly. Your website leaves a lot to be desired! Found nothing about LED Christmas village lights in your 9 pages of Department 56. I’d messaged if you had village LED lights and the response was ‘yes, Dept. 56 but not on sale’. That’s the answer I got instead of how or where to find them, hmmmm! Maybe I should leave a 1 Star for that answer, for nothing shown in that dept. and for no place on your web to search for them. Was there today, July 29, 2020. An older woman employee came up to us and asked if she could help, told her what i was looking for and we walked over to two men putting up displays of lights. One of the guys said sarcastically that they were busy and would be able to help in 20 minutes. I said ok and walked out the door. Not a way to get business in my opinion. Will never return to give them any business of any kind. Trust me as I'm going to do anything in my power to turn business...
