On December 16, your employee, Kaitlin Litke, performed a miracle for us!!!
I had lost my phone about 2 weeks prior to that date. In it were over 6,500 photos, plus a huge number of emails. I confess to being totally dumb about anything technical...especially anything to do with phones, computers, etc.
When she asked for my password, my response was" I have no clue." I will be 81 on March 1 and my brain just doesn't give a rip what passwords are..or .why I needed them....Bless my husband, Don, he knew his passwords...but of course didn't know mine. Kaitlin kept asking questions, and Don remembered one that he hadn't shared with her....and BINGO , that was the one that worked. She smiled and said IT WORKED!
That is when I was finally able to breathe...and also stopped the tears that were about ready to come! Bless her, she was patient with us and spent a long time making sure we got the new correct passwords recorded so I wouldn't have to go through this again.
We are faithful Verizon customers and we always make sure we come to your location. Once before we went to another Verizon store located near you. The salesperson was not only rude, but very incompetent. We eventually just walked out. Thankfully, that is when we realized there was another Verizon store nearby. It was your store. The salesperson was super helpful...so different from the experience we had at the other place.
We just want you to know what a treasure you have in Kaitlin. She stayed calm and continued to work with us until we finally got the correct password...and she honestly saved me from losing photos that went back to I am responsible for creating photo books for the senior living place in Plymouth, MN, where we spend 6 months...then 6 months at our cabin in Nisswa on Lake Hubert. Without those photos, I would not have been able to make the book for the years 2018 - 2023. Please let Kaitlin know how important she was to us...and we wanted to let you know what a jewel she is to your business.

Read moreGreat service on a Sunday before closing after losing a phone to the lake. We were so pleased with the level of service we received tonight, we called ahead and heard a friendly voice welcoming us to stop on in. When we arrived Stephanie helped us find the perfect phones for us and looked at our account to see if we qualified for discounts. WOW I've never been to a Verizon store where they actually personalize my visit and it's actually about me and not the latest and greatest gadgets and wanting me to blow my load on every upgrade there is. Stephanie was great and didn't push like we usually experience. As the evening went on, Stephanie's bright personality really shone through and she was upbeat through the entire process, while chit chatting she informed us the owners are local. Now, I should say only 1 of us needed a phone but we walked out with 2 phones, 2 cases, 2 screen protecters, and extra charger, from this store instead of Amazon just for the sole reason of wanting to support the business and her as an employee. We received a level of customer care UNMATCHED in this industry. She stayed 2 hours after her shift to get our phones set up and dealt with our crazy kids running around with ease laughing it off. It sounds crazy, but we will be making Wireless World our "local" Verizon store even though we live in Cambridge, just because of Stephanie and her friendly coworkers....

We had so many questions about closing an account, transferring a line, plan costs, whole home internet without cable, and so much more. Thank goodness we had Jessica helping us. There was a glitch transferring a line and she had to call Verizon tech support. All the while she was on the phone with several different people at tech, she was working her iPad, my iPhone, my brother’s iPhone, and another Android phone of ours. Working on 4 devices at one time and chatting with tech was quite a spectacle to watch. Jessica was so amazing and efficient and patient. We were there two hours but got everything we needed and all of our questions answered. She even went into my account and tweaked it so that my original 4 lines of service cost me less for the same benefits. Adding 2 more lines to my service barely increased my bill. She explained about Verizon’s 5G whole home internet. So much better than their Mifi Jetpack hotspot from years past. This new device doesn’t cost anything up front, there is no contract, Verizon doesn’t slow down your data, and the 5G antenna is amazing. Only $35 a month on my plan and I had 1 laptop, 3 phones, and 1 TV streaming all at once in a metal building. Nothing buffered, every device was receiving the WIfi signal excellent. Thank...
