Disney's Beach Club Villas — Hotel in Bay Lake

I don’t usually post any reviews for Disney, BUT! I cannot help myself this time. Worst hotel in all of Disney, is the Disney beach club. We stayed in the villas man lemme tell you how awesome that was.... sike I booked a two bedroom villa I arrive to find it is two separate rooms. Uh ok? First off if anyone wants to go in the pool with you if they are at another hotel had to pay $200 just to be allowed to use the prestigeses pool uh no? That’s not how it works when I spend 1000 a night just to stay in two regular rooms, i cannot express how horrible the customer service is, we cannot get in our rooms, but it’s not there fault bc they can open the door makes us wait to get in! What a joke when I asked for a late checkout they said sorry sir we cannot give you a late check out bc you are in a villa? So you’re telling me since I spend more money I’m not allowed to checkout a little later.... it’s bc of the large rooms... it’s two regular rooms ajoined through locked doors gtfo! Anyways I want to just post this to Hopefully warm the next family of how horrible this place is, stop wasting your money at Disney they need to accommodate the customer not we accommodate them... thanks for sucking as usually Disney you never let me...

My family has stayed here at least once a year for c.25 years. And u only go back to the same resort when you are given a vast multitude of other options if that place really got it goin on.. An believe a guy that has literally grown from A child to a man and still feels the same way walking through the front doors every one of those 25 years that my family n I have been there that this place is a slice of paradise. When i was in high-school Id take my skateboard on the plane with us and the whole resort n its brother resort that is connected by a big mile or 2 long "walking" circle and id turn the whole place in to my private skate park.. Their is still little things like chunks out of cement steps that i made like 17 years ago and every year my family n I happen passed these places and just laugh. But that is also just one tiny example of millions of memories that we have made here and continue to make.. You cannot go wrong at the Beach Club Villas. Oh n just another tiny but absolutely awesome feature is buying all your groceries online n then having them delivered to your room like they were a room service meal.. ha.. it is priceless. Oh yah n it features the largest resort pool...

I have always wanted to stay at the Beach Club since I was a little girl visiting Disney World with my parents. I finally had the opportunity to stay here, and it was the most disappointing Disney hotel. There is nothing luxurious about this resort. You are paying $800/night for the location and pool. The rooms are the same quality as the All-Star Resorts, so if you don’t care about being walking distance to Epcot, save yourself $600/night and stay there.

The room had hair all over the shower/tub, sink, and bed sheets. The tub didn’t drain. After talking to the concierge, they found us a new room, but required us to leave our room by 11am, and didn’t provide us a room until 3pm. Since we were going to the park that day, we were out of the room by 8am. This left us without a room for essentially an entire day, despite the fact that we were paying for one.

Our new room was just as dirty, but at least the tub drained. The kitchenette sink stunk. And the mini fridge pulled completely out from under the counter any time you...
