American Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

Worst American Deli within a 75 mile radius. Kim cares NOTHING about her customers. I’ve ordered from here enough to make a sound review. The cashiers, as well as the manager, are always rude. They argue with each other in front of the customers. I’ve ordered there on several occasions because of the $5.99 wing or philly special, but the poor service is becoming too bad to overlook. Hope not to offend, but I’m not sure where they continue to find these hood rats that work the register. I ordered here tonight hoping for the best. They had no ice. The new young lady at the front said they were giving the option for extra fries instead of a drink. I said cool, I’ll take the extra fries. Mind you, she’s being rude, very slow, and nonchalant about taking orders. I ran to get something to drink at Walmart, came back, and when I picked up my food, I asked “where are my extra fries?” I’m told “I don’t think she giving out no more fries.” I went back and forth with this girl. I wanted to come across the counter and tear something up (it takes a lot to get me to this point). I just walked away and told myself, “no more.” If you eat here because of the price, by all means, continue, but count this as my last...

No-one go to this American Deli. First off the light skin young lady with the purple bonnet on her head needs to learn better customer service. You dont have to kiss my ass but its a certain way you talk to people when you are their order taker. When you come in she says "what u got" then she hands you your food she says "Here you go" while on her phone even. Thats not such a bad thing but I placed my order for my wings to be wet and they could not have been more dry. When I asked for them to be made wet the way i ordered juice was just thrown on top of it. I took them back and I asked for them to be remade again a third time and she had a attitude as if I am in the wrong. I wasnt irate i just wanted them made the way I asked. Got them the 4th time and they werent even made fresh just the same one i ordered before with the same juice added on from the other remakes. Each time i asked for them to be remade she was on her phone didnt make eye contact or say one word to me. Its the little things that count honestly. I wasnt difficult which is why i cant really understand y she had a issue with me. Even walking into the store the way she looks at u and her vibes are as if she doesnt want to...

I wanted some American Deli but I wanted it done right and I didn’t want to deal with an unprofessional cashier that curse out people and use a lot of profanity on Facebook and stay on their phone the whole work duty. The first time I came in there, the cashier was so loud and obnoxious on the phone that I couldn’t think straight nor get my order right. THE SECOND TIME I went in there about a week later, I actually got my order right and they STILL did it wrong. I come home, park and walk to the Ponce De Leon location in my neighborhood and order and boom … got everything I wanted. Please let go of that loud mouth cashier you all have using tons of profanity and messing up orders … and hire someone more professional. I can tell you all are giving the high school kids an opportunity to make money and I don’t know their hustle .. but please teach them some professionalism or hire a kid who’s going places and not taking advantage of the opportunity to advance and make something...
