Hotel del Flores — Hotel in Beverly Hills

Worst hotel in the world . Do not stay here!! You aren't saving any money!! Pay the extra $20 or $40 to stay in a place where you will be safe. A terrible and worst smell will meet you right from the poorly maintained entrance . Mildew is poison and it kills!! Filthy and disgusting building . Zero maintenance from the entrance through the reception to the room. None of the rooms has Air conditioning what so ever . There were different stains on the bed sheet and when I pointed it out to night owl who was there , she told me that she doesn't send out invites , she didn't force me to come so I should deal wth it !! Worst night ever. I found used condom in the bathroom!! That For a place inbeverly hills they probably have the city inspectors in their pockets other wise any other regular place would be shut down by the city . I've seen so many city code violations . The rooms are worst than a pig's pit !!

The owners do not care about the reviews or complaints . My office booked this hotel thinking that it's in Beverly Hills therefore it must be nice . Most people who accidentally book this hotel come from other countries or other states as I did and just happy to stay in the heart of 90210 Beverly Hills and they probably will never come back again. Based on that , these arrogant, terrible mean spirited owners of this world crapiest hotel are making money so they think people love...

I've stayed here before and had a really positive experience. But this time around my experience has been really surprising. I got a room with an air conditioner, which I've really needed because it's been very hot and I've had to work from my room a number of days. ||But the air conditioner does not work; it blows out warm air, in fact. I've spoken to the staff three times about this, each time in a very polite way. Hotel del Flores is not fancy, and I appreciate that about it. But I was promised an air conditioner, and this one is not working. ||The response I've gotten is "The room is what it is." No attempt to fix the air conditioner or move me. Just, "tough." One of the clerks has also been really belligerent. She kind of yells at me for bringing it up. I take her reaction to mean she's frustrated too, and probably I'm not the first person she's had to deal with who's mentioning this. But it has not felt great to have her take that out on me. ||I was told the only thing I could do is email the info address with my concerns. I've done so now, and I'm hoping they'll refund some of my money. We'll see how it goes. ||Again, this hotel has a great location, it's very affordable, and the last time I was here the atmosphere was really wonderful. Mmmm, TASTY. Where to begin. Roaches, EVERYWHERE, /no/ AC, the sheets were DIRTY when we went into the room, TV only had 3 english stations (not that I minded it, but damn, if yer gunna boast about your TV as a feature, to flip it on and have 120 channels of non-english, kind of a slap in the face.) But ooohoho, this is just the tip of the iceberg.

What /really/ got under my skin was the sweet, reassuring host bro who reassured me a 'cover' charge was needed, in case I smoked or wrecked something in the room, and that when I checked out, the overcharge would be refunded; this is from AFTER I booked and budgeted my trip for the hotel costing only $180; later to discover the 'cover' charge got bumped up to $250??! The /FUQ?/ I go and question the guy, and he's all honey and smiles spoutin' the same bs about how he'd refund it yadda yadda, and he /TOLD/ me he did, and that the transfer would go through in a few days.

Well chickies, it's been over a week. And guess what? Ohshit, yer a GENIUS; no goddamned refund. The refund is bullshit. /HE/ is bullshit. The /HOTEL/ is bullshit. Don't budget your money and get duped by this guy! He STOLE MONEY UNDER THE GUISE OF A COVER CHARGE THAT WOULD BE REFUNDED, TAKING VALUABLE FOOD MONEY!
