I walked into the dispensary last Tuesday, just looking to pick up my usual. Dan helped me, the most enthusiastic budtender you’ll ever meet. Imagine a golden retriever in human form, and you've got Dan. His smile was so bright I’m pretty sure I got a contact high just from looking at him.

Dan greeted me with, “Hey dude, you gotta try this new strain! It’s called ‘Jenny kush.’” Now, I’m no rookie. I’ve danced with Mary Jane more times than I can count. So, I thought, “Why not? How wild could it be?”

Cut to later that evening. I rolled a modest joint, took a couple of puffs, and BOOM. Suddenly, I was on a rocket ship to the moon. I’m talking full-on interstellar mode. I spent the next three hours on my couch, convinced I was a potato chip, and no one could convince me otherwise. Dan had given me the golden ticket to Willy Wonka’s Wonderland, and I wasn’t ready for the trip.

At one point, I tried to watch TV to ground myself. Big mistake. I ended up having a heart-to-heart conversation with the Geico gecko. Spoiler: he’s a really good listener. Eventually, my cat, who I swear was also slightly judging me, decided to join me in my voyage through the cosmos.

When I finally landed back on Earth, I realized something: Dan is both my hero and my nemesis. Never in my life had I been that blissfully zooted. I love Ivy Hall. They give you, not only personal service, but they have the option to sign up with them. So many choices depending on what you like you like to use. I prefer edibles. It's good for my pain.

But they also have a bag you can buy for 10.00 if you bring back each time you come back you get 5.00 off your next order.

There is also a lock bag you can carry in your car. Since you can not carry an "open container" much like alcohol. You can lock your Marijuana in the lock bag with your combination and it is no longer an open container.

This place is just so wonderful. The people are so nice. It's locked up, you can't get in unless you have your I.D. to get in. I feel very secure when I go. They ask for your I.D. again when you buy. There are no credit cards allowed. Debit cards yes, credit no. It truly is amazing.

The first time I went and signed up, I received a 25% discount. If you go to another dispensary, give them a try.
