Crumbl — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

I don't share these types of things frequently despite encountering them as a family often but today was just so frustrating!!

Our local Crumbl cookie was having a free Cookie Day per there advertisement. They encouraged adults to being their children to also receive a cookie. I shared the news with my kids as we had never been to one before and they were elated! They had the day off school and used my lunch hour from work to take them over to get their first Crumbl Cookie we had heard of so many times before.

We purchased 6 upon entering and then I waited with my super excited kids for their free Cookie. I was then told there just weren't enough for us. Now I get that we have a big family but each of my children are their own person! They just happen to be born into a big family 🥺

So while we're being told not enough cookies, every white customer after us was passed a cookie. At least 8 people that I counted...they had PLENTY!! But what they didn't have was enough for my brown kids.

I am hurt and disgusted and will NEVER give this company even a dollar. I'm ok with never knowing how their treats taste if it means my kids know I stand with them and to never ever degrade your self worth over a cookie. Shame on you Crumbl Cookies

*Editing to add: I'd also like to add this company has blocked me from commenting on their facebook page when I tried to bring awareness to what happened to us. They deleted our comments to keep their reputation unblemished. This business is shameful and there is no customer service to speak to. Black and Brown people are not treated well at...

Helloooo ! WOW ! New flavors each week, and it's impossible not to try all of them ! Thankfully they have minis now, which are perfect for a little taste of goodness without overdoing it. Their chocolate dough is really great, but to be honest, I'm not super fond of their chocolate chip cookies, or their regular dough base - it just always seems a bit underdone to me... it's just me though, because as a baker, maybe I'm a bit fussy lol everyone else loves it though... I will say, anything they offer with whipped cream is perfect because they DO use real, fresh whipped cream - not an emulsion, so I'm totally about that. The frostings are usually pretty delicious too...

You really can't go wrong, especially with the multiple flavors offered...

Listen here… Melissa & Shuron turned a horrible delivery experience into a joyous moment. I received a Christmas gift delivery, that the DoorDash delivery driver didn’t take care of. I came into the store to show the team & complain about the situation. Shuron heard me out, and spoke with her manager Melissa. Melissa had Madison make me an new order.
