We decided to take the children skiing for a few days as the lack of snow in Canada was disappointing, One of the most captivating aspects of Breckenridge is its stunning natural scenery. Surrounded by towering peaks, lush forests, and incredible ski slopes, visitors are treated to breathtaking views at every turn. We enjoyed thrilling rides on the many fast chairlifts taking in the beauty of Breckenridge and the slopes is simply awe-inspiring. With its high elevation, Breckenridge gave us some of the best powder snow we have experienced. Beyond its outdoor pursuits, Breckenridge exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes visitors feel at home. The historic town itself is bursting with character, with its historic Victorian architecture, quaint shops, art galleries, we enjoyed visiting the oldest salon West of the Mississippi called Gold Pan, truely incredible to see the original photos. We stayed in Crystal Peak, connected to the main resort by a great fast cable car, although we where not offered room cleaning and did not have towel change service for the time we stayed there. Restaurants are a little pricey and tipping is everywhere, regular tip amounts of 25% are added to the check and tips are expected everwhere, even when you self serve, you are asked to tip, beware! Best snow and fantastic slopes, really can't say enough great things about the quality and variety of slopes, just amazing, thank you Breckenridge !

Ok, it's the off season, and they have a skeleton crew. I try to be understanding. Still, that's no excuse to short sheet my bed. Sleeping sideways woke me up a bit, so I decided to watch television. Of course the remote didn't work. Why would it? Then in the morning, the coffee station downstairs was never opened, despite the sign full of lies. The location is wonderful, so that rated an extra star. Otherwise one would be too much. I was really hoping to improve my star rating this morning, but my bed was short sheeted again last night. Apparently, the staff diff not change the sheets, they just remade the bed as it was. And then there are the coffee lies. If they don't have the staff or inclination to put out the coffee until 8am rather than 7, one world think updating the sign on the coffee station would be an easy and useful thing to do. Or another option would be to put the coffee out at 7am. They did fix the remote control, so they got 1 out of 3 since yesterday.

Went for a short vaca up to the mountain region and decided to stay here. One star off because there was a switch on the wall that was broken off and sitting on the end table, the fireplace switch didn't work, and we needed to call service to have it fixed. You also need to check in at the main building and then drive to your building. The rooms were very clean and set up with every appliance you can think of if you would like to cook and have your own meals for a longer stay. Full size stove, blenders, all utensils you'd need, fridge with multiple ice options and lots of space, nice bathtubs. Tvs in all the bedrooms and main space. Enough room to be comfortable for 3-6 adults easily in the room we had with 3 bedrooms. Great view from our room. Quiet and woodsy atmosphere. Loved the indoor parking so you don't have to deal with the weather. I would stay here again. Picture uploaded is view from room.

We've stayed in a variety of accommodations for our ski trips. This was our first trip to Breck and Colorado. We were thrilled with the convenient location of Crystal Peak Lodge. Upon arriving around 1pm on a Sunday, we were pleased to learn our room was ready and we could check-in. Directions for check-in mentioned checking in at One Ski Hill, but the desk at Crystal Peak was staffed, and the person who checked us in was lovely and helpful. Our early check-in allowed us to get out on the lift a day earlier than expected. The ski lockers are the most conveniently located of any lodge we stayed in. You walk right out from the first-floor storage with your skis, and you're steps away from the lift. There is a restaurant (Sevens) located at the lodge next door that provided a free breakfast with our stay. We also went there for dinner one night and dessert another night. The gondola to town is just steps outside the first floor as well. It was a convenient way to get around. We took the free shuttle home each night as you could summon it by an app and were given a nearby bus stop and time estimate. We did not need a car at all for our stay as we skied Breck every day. We used Epic Mountain Express and Summit Express to get to and from the airport.||Our kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, and pots/pans, and our room had a spacious layout. We didn't expect our two-bedroom unit to come with a bonus room and a third full bathroom. The bonus room had a pull-out couch, dresser, and pocket doors for privacy. So our sons each had their own space. Laundry detergent is provided. We used Instacart for delivery from the local grocery store, City Market (which you can shuttle to and from). I took the gondola down and walked to the grocery store one morning for a few extras. On average, our shuttle wait was about 10 minutes. ||We had some aggravation during our stay with a few things that weren't working in the room. Two of the blinds couldn't be adjusted, the microwave light didn't work, and the towel bar fell off the wall. Maintenance was very responsive and visited several times in an attempt to fix our issues. The issues were not fixed. Finally, later in the week, we experienced water leaking from the unit above us. After several attempts to fix this, management felt terrible. Again, they were very responsive in their attempts to fix issues. When we asked what could be done due to the consistent interruptions to our stay, Andrew from the desk over at One Ski Hill made sure we were compensated quite fairly for our troubles. Despite any aggravation we experienced, the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff and management, as well as the convenient location and comfort of the room made this a great place to stay with a family, particularly teens. My kids loved going to play pool in the lobby. It was so easy to get around. And Breck is an...

We booked this family(Mom, Dad, 3 adult children, 1 extra adult kid) trip through Pinnacle Lodging. Communication from the rental company was extensive. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. ||THE CONDO....We stayed in Unit #7304, a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit facing the mountains, non-slopeside. The unit is absolutely perfect for a large group. The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms. I was surprised and delighted to find a steam feature in the Master shower. The living area has several couches, huge flatscreen TV and a huge dining table, great for eating in and playing the numerous board games that were supplied. |Huge kitchen with all cooking and cleanng products needed, including a dishwasher. |Washer and dryer with enough soap for 1 load supplied.||THE LOCATION...Oh my gosh, the best! The view from is the room is magnificent! The locker room is just a few steps to the lift for better skiers. For the timid and beginners, a quick ride on the gondola, also a few steps from the locker room, brings you to Peak 8 where there are lifts to take you to several greens as well as lifts to the blues and more advanced peaks. |Same gondola also takes you all the way into town for shopping and dining. If you can't make it back onto the gondola by 5:30 pm, the resort has an app which allows you to take a free shuttle back "on-demand". ||THE PROPERTY...There is a game room, pool table, and a bowling alley which we didn't utilize. The fitness center is awesome and has everything you could possibly need while vacationing. The highlight of the property for us were the outside hot tubs. One evening we enjoyed relaxing while being snowed upon! Inside the fitness center is an awesome steamroom which we enjoyed every day.||NEED RENTALS? There is no place more convenient than Breck Sports located right next to the resident locker room. We had actually considered another place just outside of town. Boy am I glad that we figured out that Breck Sports was right there! The people there were very nice, answering to each and every need for our group. 2 of our group even needed waxing and edging of their boards...No Problem. They dropped them off in evening and picked them up first thing in the morning.||I am totally spoiled by Crystal Peak Lodge. I will not stay anywhere else when I return to...
