Mancini's Sleepworld Brentwood — Hotel in Brentwood

So I purchased a bed from Rob at Mancinis and I should of known not to be rushed on my purchase. Rob applied a little pressure trying to get the sale done and used the "90 day money back guarantee" as a test it out what will it hurt tactic and truthfully I thought why not.

Now my wife and i and two kids are in the store and we are going back and forth with him because we always thought the CAL King was wider and shorter than the King. He corrected us it's the opposite. We explained that the extra room with two kids that roll into our bed in the am was imperative. Now kids and wife restless were ready to go and I told Rob o would be back but he said just get it home and try it out.

2 days later we have a new bed but I immediately said to my wife this is not the wider of the two and sure enough it was a Cal King. I immediately called Rob and he was his typical corny self until I said we have the wrong bed then he got stern and said you'll have to call back in thirty days and if you just keep the bed I will throw in some sheets. Mind you this is a 5000 dollar bed and these 4 inches let us rest for another hour with a little more space.

Called Rob back in 30 days and he insisted that I come in to the store again very rude. When I came in he said well we can get it switched over 99$ restock fee. For your mistake I thought but it was Christmas and I didn't feel the need to argue. I then laid on the a more plush bed and asked how much for it approx 2000 more and at this point I just didn't love the one we had so I purchased the more plush bed at 7000.00 dollars.

Truthfully i got buyers remorse 7000.00 dollars and i dont love it like i should so i had the wife call and she talked to Rob who said sorry your stuck with it. She asked for a manager and Rob said he wont beable to help you either you are stuck with it you only get one exchange!

He claims he told me but he never did as the reason i brought it back is because i had two tired kids and a sleez ball sales guy pushing the wrong size bed on me.

Noone has called me and i spent a lot of money at this location. You would think they cared that i was not happy. Well they dont

So beware shady sales tactics, high pressure and overall poor customer service. Ill never shop at a Mancinis again and i hope thia savea aomeone from making the same mi...

I literally couldn't be happier with my experience at Mancini's Sleepworld in Brentwood.

I had previously been in desperate need of a new mattress for several years, but was reluctant to take the initiative to actually do something about it. We all know that the purchase of a new mattress is a big and important decision, and the thought of going out and looking around and trying to make that decision just seemed so overwhelming and anxiety provoking. After thinking about it and putting it off for far too long, I decided to check out my local Mancini's in Brentwood. I simply cannot say enough about the level of satisfaction I had with the customer service I received from Nichole, the store manager. Nichole could not possibly have been more polite, friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable and professional. I never once felt the slightest bit pressured and I had complete confidence that I was in the right place. Mancini's has a large selection of mattresses to chose from, but after taking my preferences into consideration, Nichole was able to help me narrow the selection down to a select few and that's when I found a mattress that I just completely and absolutely fell in love with.

I walked out of Mancini's as a proud new owner of a Beautyrest Platinum mattress with an adjustable base and I am just beyond thrilled about it. This purchase has been a tremendously positive addition to my life and at this point I honestly can't believe I procrastinated and put this off for so long. Additionally, I am so happy that I treated myself to a nice, luxurious, real mattress and didn't settle for one of those cheap "bed in a box" mattresses that some people I know have purchased.

I couldn't recommend Mancini's Sleepworld in Brentwood or Nichole enough and this will without a doubt be the only store that I would ever even consider for my mattress needs...

I visited Mancini's Sleepworld on Lone Tree and originally met with Tonya. Tonya was very helpful and showed me around to a few different mattresses that fit my sleeping style/needs. She inquired about my budget and was able to show me multiple mattresses that were in my price range. She had no problem with me taking my time to look at them, lay on them and ask any questions. I informed her that I would think over my options and return at a later time. I narrowed my search to two mattresses and returned and spoke with Nichole. Nichole was knowledagble and gave me her opinion about the mattress I was leaning towards buying. I asked for some time to lay on the mattress that I was favoring and decided it was the one! Nichole made the process quick and easy. She informed me that the purchase includes free pick-up of an old mattress and/or boxspring and free delivery and set-up of the new mattress.
