DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Wings took almost an hour and were cold, the queso dip took just as long and was complete water, and the manager, Alex, got in my face and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Once we got our queso dip (about 40 minutes after we ordered it) we brought to our bartenders attention that it was complete water. She apologized and quickly had the manager bring out a fresh order (which took roughly 5 minutes as it should have the first time). When our wings came about 10 minutes later they were completely cold. We brought this to our bartenders attention and she quickly retrieved the manager. Kelly, our bartender, was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Alex, the manager, on the other hand, was either stoned out of his mind or severely hates his job. The first time we brought up that the wings were cold he stared blankly and asked "So what do you want me to do about it?" If that wasnt awkward enough, he had two guys standing behind him, which looked to be customers, that appeared to be "backing him up" as if a fight was about to break out...? I told Alex I wanted wings that were hit, which I didn't think was too much to ask for, and he said he was going to go back and make the wings himself, stating his staff had a long and busy night. It took him almost 20 minutes, during which the original, cold order sat in front of me. When he brought out HALF of the new order he groaned, drug a trash can over to inspect and throw away the old wings (finally) and then admitted the wings he brought out were wrong. I walked away too cool off before addressing the situation again, and he was pacing around bad mouthing me to his employees the entire time saying this was ridiculous and he wasn't going to do anything for us. When I said I no longer wanted the wings he started huffing and puffing and said we were disrespecting him. He said he was doing his best and it wasn't his fault that he didn't know what type of wings were in the original order (he apparently neglected to look in the computer and didn't write down my order before returning to the kitchen the first time) Alex said repeatedly that he wasn't going to do anything for us and we would pay for the entire order because he threw so much food away. After going back and forth for a few minutes (which was completely unprofessional, during which Alex did absolutely nothing to de-escalate the situation whatsoever) telling me we were going to pay for the entire meal he finally said he would make us pay for only what we ate. In my opinion, the entire meal should have been comped, not only to be hospitable, but also because it was very apparent my girlfriend had touched her food either. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never return to not only this establishment but any Buffalo Wild Wings...
Read moreI have been visiting this location for years due to location only. This last visit will be my last as it is par for course. Anytime you come in the floor is empty of workers except the to go area and the bar, the rest of the employees are always in the back goofing off.
So when I came in Thursday I went straight to the bar, it was empty and there was no one around. I sat there for 10-15 minutes before a woman approached me to inform me that there was no bartender working and to go and have a seat at a table. I asked where in particular and she said anywhere was fine. I sat at the partition wall table area and a few minutes later she came back to tell me that I needed to sit in the main dining room. When I went into the main dining area, every table open was dirty, napkins or mystery fluids (Water, alcohol, soda, sauce, etc) I finally found the cleanest one which had water puddles where I sat for another 5 minutes without service as the girls were in the back laughing and goofing off.
I can say from the several years of eating here that you will only get service at the bar, as the bartender consistently is the only one who actually cares. The sad thing is you have 1 employee trying to make drinks, take food orders and of course the runners are too busy goofing off in the back so they are having to run get food too.
Food is hit or miss, sometimes the wings come out looking like they only spritzed sauce or sometimes they come out in a soup of sauce or sometimes you are left wondering if it is ever going to come out at all. They need to clean house, yes that is a rough thing to suggest but if I were the owner paying the sky-high rent and utilities and overhead, I wouldn't want lazy folks to bankrupt me, which I can assure you they are doing. There are plenty of folks out there that could come in and do a much better job. All it would have taken was a visit from the food inspector to come in and see all of the filthy tables and they would have had a field day and then the manager would have to deal with the aftermath of the goof off...
Read moreWent to this location for lunch August 18, 2022 just after lunch hours. Ordered the boneless chicken wings and fries. 39 mins went by and still no food. There were only 4 tables being utilized by customers. The place was literally practically empty. The waitress named Gloria took over 12 mins to even approach my table to introduce herself and take a drink order. She didn't speak when she came to the table. She walked passed my table 3 times with no words. I went to the host stand and informed them that I had not been serviced yet. Moments later Gloria walked over and lied to my face saying " I didn't see you sitting here"
She took my drink order which was simply water, and 10 mins went by before she returned with my water. She didn't say a word and went to walk away after sitting my water down on the table. I stopped her by saying I was ready to order. She simply took her note pad out of her pocket and a pen (never said a word) I gave her my order which was 10 boneless wings lemon pepper and fries.
She said ok and walked away. nearly anothe 40 mins went by and I didn't understand what the wait was about. I went to the host stand AGAIN asking where my waitress was and if my food was ready. The young lady checked on my order and said it wasn't ready yet. I asked for my waitress. Gloria never came to the table after taking my water order. Literally never came back to the table. After 45 mins, I asked for a manager who also never came over to my table.i went back to the host stand and asked how long on order, the young lady went back to the back and came back out stating 5 mins or so. I said I no longer wanted the food. I understand online orders are happening and over the phone orders but this was absolutely ridiculous
I hope this Gloria employee is fired, suspended or given better training
I usually order online and pickup my order. This was my 1st time sitting inside to eat. I will never come to this location again. The Olive location near the old AMC dine-in theater is the opposite. Very friendly staff...
