Century Motel — Hotel in Buena Park

No trash cans in room , several plug outlets in the room do not work , the only plugs near the sink area is not working so it makes it difficult to flat iron or blow dry my hair. Also the fridge in the room does not work and could use cleaning , the microwave is placd in a inconvenient awkward place with no plug outlet so I have to pull the whole thing out ans place it on the table, plug it up somewhere else for use. The bathroom door it so close to the toilet if I try to close the door while on the toilet there will not be enough room to close the door annnd the door will not stay closed it pops right open again. Lastly the left side of the bed had broken springs so there is a dent in the bed which is so uncomfortable. There is no kitchen , for $425 dollars a week I would expect better, there are places that are $350 a week with better upkeep and amenities. I came in and cleaned sanitized myself because I know things get overlooked , but the sanitizer wipes I used ( industrial wipes, I work in foods) showed obvious signs of mold and neglect of all obvious areas like the table and chairs , headboard, and fridge door, the cable is great but its spotty I cuts out and blacks out then continues it becomes annoying when you are trying to enjoy a show, the past 2 nights I've been here a little after 1130pm the same guys keeps knocking on my door, I finally became brave enough and told him to piss of and stop knocking every night , not picky wanted to give a review from an non bias point of view but 425 a week is a lot when basic needs are not fulfilled hopefully management will assign me a new room so I can enjoy the rest of my stay.

UPDATE: Management came in and cleaned the room again, which is highly appreciated and also brought up a trash can , as far as the microwave and bed I can deal with it no biggie at the end of the day the room is beautiful with tile like wood floors and it and the WIFI is amazing, you wont don't is better anywhere else and the location and management is very nice,I'm only here because my home is being fumigated, I still will reccomend a friend or family memeber to stay because all you need is a quiet cozy place to lay your head , I...

Pros: Rooms are clean n well kept. The furniture and decor was modern and interesting compared to most other motels in the area and it's a little cheaper than ones that aren't nearly as good of quality as here. Staff was polite and friendly. I really liked that the room had a coffee table with extra chairs and included a large desk complete with extra drawers and multiple outlets idle for working from home.

Cons: Had issue with tv remote not working, and the shower head sprayed water outside of the tub, and the shower/tub and toilet is crammed into a pretty small room however outside of that the sink and counter/vanity area is spacious with a nice big mirror and plenty of space to do your makeup and skincare routine.
