Shops At Buena Park — Local services in Buena Park

I really miss when this Mall felt more alive. It has so much potential but needs better stores and interesting things to do to bring a crowd. I feel the Walmart in this lot has more customers than the whole Mall. :( Chilis, Olive Garden, and Portillos are always poppin'. As well as Buffalo Wild Wings. Not so sure about John's Incredible Pizza tho. And of course, again, Walmart. Now that theatres are closed and stuff due to COVID, nobody even goes to the Krikorian so idk whats gonna happen with that. And I think the actual Mall is totally closed minus DSW, Bed Bath and Beyond, and recently... Spirit Halloween. But since the holiday is over now, idk. Sears has been gone for a while. I just wish it had the vibes it did when i was growing up.

I go to this location mainly for Target pharmacy. There is plenty of parking with several kinds of businesses. There are Target and a Dentist and pizza, also with a bank and a Dollar Tree store and many more. This location has easy access from multiple sides, with and without a signal light. I would say it is possible to do just about all one's shopping in this one location. It is possible to enter or exit from Western Avenue, Orangethorpe, or Beach Blvd. Which has quick access to the freeway. This is a great all-around shopping location. For the most part the target and near by shops r great. Just one problem the parking lot by black angus is a little dark at night bc there r several lights out n the trees need to be trimmed a little bit so that way the lights can lite up more at night. Ive seen alot of drug addicts doing there drug or selling in this parking bc no one can see them. Other than that everything is great n the property mangement is doing good on keeping up there property n making it safe...
