Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Buena Park

I have eaten here at different times of the day , I witness on Saturday June 09,2018 A Manager tell the cashier to cancel or not take a food order from this Lady and or from any other homeless persons , (decently dressed Lady with only a small hand bag and her small black purse ,whom I've seen spend a lot of money there,who politely sits at the outside tables) who try to places an order. Publicly Disgraced and put in such an Embarrassing Sittinguation. Upon putting her money back in her purse She politely excited ,, Wienerscbnitzel ! A Tax Paying citizen the Surviving Wife of a Metal of Valuer , Veteran who is between apartments is entitled to the Persuade of Happiness .As I watched her polite smile , just ripped from this Happy Person's Face ,I left speechless , could not help but to no avail,try to return what was obviously stollen from a fellow...

Not sure what the issue is but not very friendly towards people here. My wife had gone in b4 me, ordered then decided to go to the outside dining area. I needed to use the bathroom so coming in late went straight towards bathrooms and noticed that there was a new key pad lock. Went to front counter and seen the manager, asking if there was a code I can use she said no, we have to open it for you. Then tells me that they are for customers only. Then just walked away from me. After leaving me standing there for several minutes another customer comes in and see she takes his order. I wait until she gets done then ask can she please help put code in. Instead of helping me she waits to take the next persons order. While taking order she tells me she would open it as soon as possible. I ended up waiting by the door for ten minutes with it...

Yes I walked in and needed to use the restroom before I ordered and I asked the lady at the front counter and she proceeded to tell me that somebody was in the bathroom already and as I waited for about 5 minutes I knocked on the door there was no response,there was nobody in there I asked her again if I could use the restroom cuz nobody was in there and she proceeded to tell me that I had to buy something first it's like for 1 had she said that in the first place I would have already bought something and 2 I would have been able to use the restroom already........ I mean I went in there to get a shake and left without because of her lies and foul attitude...so I just went to Ralph's to use the restroom without a hassle and bought...
