Just hosted a birthday party for our 5 year old at J7 and was very happy with the experience! Had 15 kids. Used Room 1 which already has fun colors and lights on the ceiling that look like balloons. Two tables for the kids, 2 long benches for the adults or bags, etc, and 2 small serving tables for food, drinks, and cake. We got three Regina’s pizzas, 40 tokens loaded on a game card, and enough Honest juice boxes and small waters for each kid in the package. We brought in cupcakes for kids and light bites for the adults. Signed food waiver. Pizza was hot and tasty. The whole place is very inviting- fun but not overwhelming with all the arcade games and huge ball pit. Clean also! For the Littles, the space is big enough to run around but not too big that you’d lose sight of them. Park btw Nordstroms and Cheesecake Factory and it’s a quick walk and escalator ride up to J7. The BEST part of the whole experience for us was the service!!! Nicole and Luis were so so nice. Picked up all my phone calls, responsive over emails, amended the schedule last minute to get pizza out when we asked, had Regina’s cut the pizza into smaller slices for the little kids bc we asked, helped me decorate the party room, passed out gripper socks and game cards, made announcements over PA system for our guests to return for pizza and cake, they helped serve pizza and drinks, and helped take down decor and clean at the end. I never had to go looking for them! And they always had an answer. I’ve had some hostesses at other well established party spots that were not friendly or unsure of what was going on or the party flow. Both Nicole and Luis were warm and welcoming! All this to say, book them if you’re on the fence!!! You won’t regret it.
Considerations to keep in mind: they only have a Dolly to loan to you if you have gifts, balloons, or decor to bring into the venue. I had all this extra food too so had to carry this big box through the mall. Wish I knew to bring a wagon or something to wheel it in easier. It’s a 5-10 min walk so not far but something to consider. I booked a 6pm party on a Friday night. Traffic was awful getting to Burlington Mall. What would normally take me 15 min to drive, took me 45. Many of the guests were 30 min to an hour late bc of this so plan ahead. J7 very flexible with the change in our party...
Read moreWalked in with my toddler, who was so excited, after having called to find out what time they closed and see if we could still come in. On the phone, the person who answered said absolutely nothing about Not being able to come in because they were at capacity. Within minutes, we get to the location and my poor child walks inside and excitedly takes off her shoes only to be told that they are at capacity and are not accepting any more people. Why on EARTH the person who answered the phone couldn’t have said that While I was on the phone with him ten minutes prior to coming into the store is far beyond me. I called back five minutes later just to see what they would say to someone else calling about coming in, after leaving with my kid, who was so sad and the same kid answered the phone. This time that dude said that when he was in there a few minutes prior (also, what does he mean “when he was in there”, why is someone answering the phone without being in the establishment that they run?), it was looking pretty full. I’m racking my brain to understand WHY within 15 minutes, the conversation was different and why that couldn’t have been expressed the FIRST time. I’m even trying to imagine a scenario in which enough kids go in a 10 minute time span that it can suddenly be filled. This is all it 5 PM mind you. They close at 6 PM on Sundays so the likelihood of enough people suddenly going there at 5 PM between my first and my second phone call with this person is highly unlikely.
And to confirm, they not only said that they were at full capacity, but they said that they were not selling any more tickets so it’s not like my unfortunately-very-excited-child could wait a few more minutes to get in there. I would’ve paid for an hour pass even if I was only gonna be in there for 15 or 20 minutes with her based on how excited she was.
They need to figure their situation out and find a way to not have somebody answering the phone who isn’t even on site. How can you even know what’s happening at your organization if you’re not on site? And if you’re not on site, you should be explaining to people that you don’t know whether or not they will Be able to get in. I know it’s a place for children, but it’s a place that is managed like it’s run...

BONUS: 20% OFF playground and arcade for one week until July 2, 2025!!
We had a fantastic time at J7 Adventureland! The facility is clean, well-organized, and packed with exciting activities for kids of all ages. My little ones loved the obstacle courses, climbing structures, fun slides, and the ball pit- there was never a dull moment!
The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. The party packages also seem like a great option for birthdays, with plenty of space and fun themes. I booked a birthday party already for my 5 year old. I’m so sure that he will have a blast!!!
What I love the most is the parent sitting area and food and snacks they are offering. They don’t have candies or junk food. So I don’t need to worry about visiting the dentists. And they have wonderful coffee and juice. Finally, we have a kids playground also taking care of the parents!!
I’m so excited that we have such a clean and family friendly place in Burlington mall that both my kids and myself will enjoy! We will...
