Verizon — Local services in Chippewa Township

Went in to do an upgrade on my phone and they had a special with $1000 trade in value for any phone. Everything went well but they couldn’t accept my trade in that very day, they stated it takes 2 weeks in their system to accept. Cool, I get that I’ll go through all that. 2 weeks comes along, I called and they said another week more. Another week goes by I actually go in and ask if I can turn it in and they said something is wrong on their end and it should be done in a couple days. Give them a call and I can come in and bring it in. Noted I already got the upgrade phone and just don’t want to pay for $1300 phone when I could’ve got a $1000 off that. I give them a call couple days later and they said that they still haven’t been able to get their system working for that trade in. So I said okay whatever I’ll go into another store to do it. When I get to the other store they stated I was past the 30 day trade in limit and can’t trade it in. So thanks for sticking me with $1000 more bill guys and awesome...

Went do the Verizon office in Chippewa on Friday, and had a great experience. I had two different issues that I needed help with. The representative gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the best way to go, to add a new line. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. I had another phone that had been damaged and needed to submit a claim through Asurion which he walked me through, and another representative also helped,, there at the store and they got the phone ordered and was delivered to use within 2 days. We stopped in to the store this evening and we were not disappointed. The man who waited on us his name was Kyle and he had such a wonderful personality and was very easy to work with. He didn't try to pressure us into something we didn't want or need, he listed to what WE wanted. We upgraded my step daughters phone and he told me a few things about my account that I was unaware of. We laughed, Joked and took care of what we went there for.
