First of all Mr Glenn is extremely wonderful to work with and he is very knowledgeable about all of the products offered through Cricket. I have been in the store a few times with an issue regarding a discount on my phones and he has helped me the whole way through the process which is extremely rare to find someone like him who is willing to help you with an issue from start to finish.
