It was a bad day, my rating might be a little off. I went in to have a part replaced that a mechanic from a different place had broke off and told me to have the dealer bill him for. I was told to go upstairs and ask for the owner, they gave me his name. I go up there & a salesman opens the door for me and asked if he could help me, so I explain everything & I get the you need to go downstairs to the service dept. I drive around to the service dept. It's a very cold day with snow blowing off & on during the day. Keep in mind I am elderly & have medical problems, not that they know about the medical problems. So I finally find a parking place and trudge my way down to the service entrance & again the door is opened for me, by an employee doing nothing. I explain to them. They say they can't bill the other business & I need to go down to the parts dept and order the part before they could set an appointment. The kid that was doing nothing (he wasn't the only one) says he will show me where it is, walks to the door opens it and says see that awning down there, that's it. So I do more trudging and they were at least nicer. First they said the part is no longer made, then a man at the counter got on his computer and said yes it is, we have 1 in the warehouse it will take 3-4 days to get here, do you want us to order it? Yes that's why I am there. The girl in there looked it up in their book and the company that broke the part has an account with them, so they could bill him, but they should have set all of this up, so they have permission to bill that company, he should not have sent me to do this. Now they sent me back to the service dept to get an appointment to have it fixed. The man in the parts dept walked over to the service dept from within the building, out of the cold, while I walked back up there outside, tired & hurting. He did go over there to help me so I was grateful for that. He again explained everything to the girl, so she gave me the bill to take back to the other company that broke it. For 1 small part it would cost $602.00 to fix. After getting instructions how to get out of their parking lot, I trudged back to my vehicle. How I was feeling made me decide I was calling not going back there. So when I called he couldn't believe the price & decided they will put the part on, to call them & let them know. I told him HE needs to call & let them know, they would not just bill him on my say so. That's where it...
Read moreOnly to write a review is to give it a star rating. Lol (0 stars) Welp here it goes my son took his truck here because the engine sensor light came on. (1 code) Follow me now…He was quoted a price to have his truck put on the machine after 2 to 3 days of no call from the service department he called and was informed the phone number was wrote down incorrect and was told the truck needed further testing he authorize this, (not knowing that it will be a ridiculous amount, after the fact) he was under in the impression that is still under the previous price quoted the new balance went from 149+ tax to $900 seems a little ridiculous and was told he needs a new engine. He has warranty and his warranty will cover $9000 but he will have to come up with the other $5000. Well, that’s kind of a new car don’t you think…So I called Friday to speak to someone in the service department. They were closed call back Saturday to speak with the owner PJ or the service department manager Rachel. They were out until Monday. Spoke with the service manager today and she advised me per the recorded phone call because my son did authorization to have further testing. That’s the correct amount. However, he was never advised what the labor per hour will cost he was only advise it will be 2.5 hours. So the estimated labor is $375 per hour my question is if a car or truck requires further testing you would think that the service personnel will give you a estimate break down on the part’s and labor for an example “For further testing of your vehicle an estimate of $900 would be added to the previous quote. I think there’s more than fair for the consumer. And what has boo-hooved me instead one code warning (engine sensor) which is now cleared but now its showing 13 codes..the math ain’t mathing.. Google reviews has said this place is a rip off Bad Business…the very first picture is the one code that shows the issue and the reason he took the truck the remaining 13 pictures are the codes after he picked up his truck so eventually someone didn’t put the car back together...
Read moreLast night my wife and I finally decided on a small car for her to drive for work. She puts 25k to 30k on the car per year. We worked out a deal with our sales person Bob and one of the higher ups, Dom. These two were great and if I only had to deal with them, I would have rated this dealer higher. It comes to financing time. We were going to pay cash bc it's a cheap, smaller car. We decided to put 3k down and finance the rest. The finance guy comes out and gives the speal on the warranty. I said, "i DON'T WANT THE WARR." He then goes into an explanation of how banks want them now, bla, bla, bla. He then says, "how about if I can get you the warranty and your payment won't go up. I then bombarded him on questions of how that can happen--this did not make sense to me. I agreed so I could see where this was going. We back into the office. I see the bill of sale sheet and notice that we are financing almost 11k, instead of 8500. Then I see a charge for 2k for an extended warranty. I told the finance guy, "I don't want this". I have to say this an additional time, and he blurts out, "Well that's just STUPID!" In my head I thought, "Dear Lord, please give me grace." He then adds, "I hope PJ doesn't fire me over this." God did give me grace bc I sat there in peace as we finished the deal. My total payment went from 195/month to 155/month and my total debt on the loan when from 11300 to 8700. Gist of the story......PAY ATTENTION! I would go back to this dealer because they had the BEST PRICES OF HUNDREDS OF CARS I RESEARCHED and because Bob and Dom were AWESOME! Note to owner, PJ, don't fire this guy because I didn't want an extended warranty and please teach your finance people to be honest and up front. You have a fine business, stay honest! My guess is this same thing is happening at most places, so always PAY ATTENTION! Thanks to Bob and Dom! The two of you are the only reason I did not walk away from this deal. You treated us with dignity...
