Tropical Bracelet Factory — Local services in Christiansted

Very disappointed with the service at Tropical Bracelet Factory. We called early in the afternoon and the owners said they close at “5:45 sharp.” We traveled across the island and were walking in at 5:30, but the shop was locked up. The store workers were walking across the street and were unwilling to reopen the store; they said “the alarm was on” and clearly didn’t care about honoring the time they said they would be open.

I bought two beautiful bracelets here, I do have small arm's. The lady gave my first one to man for him to size, it's a little smaller than I wanted. The next day I had the other done to my liking. It's beautiful, but I swell sometimes and I wish I was listened too!!!!

They are great!! Very helpful and they have good quality merchandise. I have been coming here for over 13 years for work. They stand by their jewelry. Very professional, kind, and personable.
